Paying attention to detail. From start to finsh (almost) great experience. Our salesman (Cameron Ferro), whom we spent the most time with was extremely knowledgeable on my truck. There wasn’t any question that he didnt have the answer for. Amazing salesman!! Our finance guy (David Dryden) was equally as amazing, he made us feel comfortable and was equally as knowledgeable about my truck. The only area i would say needs improvement is the detail guys. The center console has a space under the cup holder which was filthy - had leftover sunflower seed shells, the compartment under the rear seats also needed attention. Needless to say we came home and had to give it a full detail. More

Glad that they resolved the problem with my check engine light & back firing. CONS: Disappointed that I was told that I could wait for my car since it shouldn't take too long. Ended up picking up the car the next day since they were so busy. Frustrated that I was told that the shuttle would be available @ 1:30pm Then I asked @ 1:40 and was told that I would get a ride @ 2pm. I was told that there were would be follow up about my concerns. More

Disappointing and frustrating I scheduled three visits with two of my vehicles within a two month period. I had the old preferred. Program and wanted to use my money before they I scheduled three visits with two of my vehicles within a two month period. I had the old preferred. Program and wanted to use my money before they expired because of the new program. First I scheduled an oil change and alternator check for my 2000 Jeep Wrangler. The first thing is the representative said is that the alternator check would take up to four hours. I replied that that was fine. Then he change that and said it would take closer to six hours for an alternator checked. Once again I said that was fine and he finally said it would be an all day process and I finally gave in and said never mind. Then he told me that they do not carry the parts in stock for my vehicle for an oil change. Because of this, the oil change that I had scheduled on that day for that time would now take over two hours. ( The jeep Chrysler dealership is in the same auto mall facility ). I want to gain replied, that is fine and left the dealership with only my basic oil change on my jeep. Even though, I scheduled for the alternator just to be checked as well. Visit number two, I bring in my 2016 GMC Dinali 3500 truck. I scheduled a 10 o’clock appointment and it 1030 after waiting in line in my vehicle, I called the dealership to see if anyone is going to come out to help me. They don’t know how to answer my question. I go inside to look for someone to help and the gentleman tells me that they are extremely busy and backed up. I asked, then why did I make an appointment? Once I finally got checked in, I sat there for another 30 minutes waiting for my friend to arrive, and my truck was still never looked at, never moved, and it had been over an hour past my appointment time. Irritated! I ask for an oil change, tire rotation and for the vehicle to be washed. When I ask about the blue DEF fluid, the service department replies that it is extra and they do not do that as part of the service where as I know that the GMC dealerships and other repair facilities do that as part of the standard review of checking and filling the fluids during a standard service. I was charged over $30 for this high DEF mandatory fluid that costs eight dollars at a store to purchase. Frustration number two! I get my vehicle back… And the vehicle was not washed! Frustration number three. I return this 2016 GMC Dinali truck for an alignment. I leave the vehicle there and ask in addition to the alignment if they will wash the vehicle? They said yes.... but once again, they did not! The only reason I returned to this dealership to any sort of service was because of the preferred honors program and the hundreds of dollars I was at risk of losing because they were ending the program. I was once again reminded why I did not buy a Chevy and why I will not return to this dealership. More
