Recently our Suburban went in for unknown problems. Amanda looking out for our best interests and not making a big payday for the dealership. She remedied our problem and allowed us to make a solid decision. Poor customer service from the service advisor went to have the ecm tested because at my last replacement of my battery 10/01/18 the ecm was not bolted down to the battery. I drop around in town a went to have the ecm tested because at my last replacement of my battery 10/01/18 the ecm was not bolted down to the battery. I drop around in town and out of town for 1 1/2 months with it unbolted, it slipped toward the fan. Thank goodness it didn't hit the fan. I needed an oil change went to Jiffy lube and they brought it to my attention. The service advisor jared for this recent service was rude. He did not go over anything once the testing was done, just brought the paperwork to cashier and walked out. I had asked at time of check in since they were testing if they could put in my low beam replacement bulbs and he wanted to charge $120. I understand that the people that actually service the vehicle need to be paid. But i would think with this massive screw up of NOT SECURING the ecm, i could have received a courtesy of replacing my low beam bulbs and air filter that i had provided. I had requested to speak to a supervisor, he left came back without one said there's no way to do the lights without payment. I ended up after this service going to o'reilys it took them less than 5 minutes to change headlights and it was FREE. More

I was told that if I kept negotiating to lower the price Peter would not make any money on the sale. I thought this to be extremely inelegant. After you buy the car you will get little to no help from this place. I highly recommend you look somewhere else for a car. I just don't want you to feel like I did. They pretend they are not the ordinary car salesman, but they are nothing but that. More
