Only complaint is that everyone at the dealership is under this obvious pressure to get high marks on ratings and reviews. It is so prevelant that it becomes annoying, not to mention a barrier to giving real constructive feedback on ways to tweak and continually adapt to stay in a customer experience leadership position. disappointed my let downs. when doing the paperwork the vehicle was to be detailed, top off the gas and fix a handle at the rear cargo. after several hours of comp my let downs. when doing the paperwork the vehicle was to be detailed, top off the gas and fix a handle at the rear cargo. after several hours of completing the paperwork, not one thing was done. to make it really disappointing they hand me only one key? when i asked where is the other one i was told it only had one from the previous trade in. thats a big deal when they wait until you finish signing the paperwork and then drop that on you. to date still not one word on getting a second one. then having to remove candy wrappers and other debris out of the compartments and clean it yourself. the other not so funny thing was i was notified a week later that they overcharged me on my taxes and that i need to go back to redo. with my job and the distance thats not so easy. yes it was done but i still have to drive back over to have the car detailed when it should have been done when i was purchasing it. i wonder if i will get the other key? More

Return customer round 3 Dear John Sullivan, I have to say your crew just doesn't listen what I wanted in a truck I came into the cafeteria area because I was having my 2013 Dear John Sullivan, I have to say your crew just doesn't listen what I wanted in a truck I came into the cafeteria area because I was having my 2013 chevy truck oil change The sales person was very knowledgeable and greeted me the first truck that I got into was not exactly what I wanted with all the amenities I didn't need leather seats and a short bed I wanted a longer bed so the next day I traded it in and was able to look at a wider selection of trucks and I found the one that suited me correctly The second Next day I was treated very differently I was there from 9 AM to 4:30 PM when I already was able to pick out a truck immediately what I wanted they gave me a hard time so that I would not get out of the first purchase The finance guy didn't listen that I wanted seat covers and weather mats included in my loan and gave me a hard time but all in all they accommodated me but I felt that no one had listen to my needs and my wants in my new truck. my new purchase truck was not put into detail which kept the process longer that day for me. Because I was switching truck purchases it was a long day with no Communication at all after how I was treated the next day I would not come back. More

He answered all my questions and if he didn’t know the answer, he found out. I would definitely recommend ALL my friends and coworkers to LaRon at John L Sullivan Chevrolet in the Auto Mall at Roseville. Many thanks to LaRon And Brandy Armstrong in the finance department. She was superb as well!! Very nice, very welcoming, very patient. I absolutely loved my time going over documents and signatures with Brandy. She is the absolute best. Please make sure she sees this. She’s definitely the light at the end of any tunnel! However, the head of sales, Justin Arbis (I think that was his name) was NOT great. The next day, I was at John L Sullivan for the new car orientation, and he told me he was the head of sales, a manager in charge of getting me my deal. He told me “Congratulations, I got you the new car and paid more than your used car was worth!” He exclaimed this and scoffed at me in the middle of the sales room. It did not make me feel like he was happy for me; it made me feel like he was condescending and that I did harm to this company and to his time. Even the lady helping me with my new car orientation apologized to me for what he said. It was very rude and offputting. And I still feel bad about it to this day when I think about the experience of buying my Equinox. It definitely put a damper on my joy, a rain in my happy parade. I just don’t feel like someone should make you feel low after buying a new vehicle at their establishment. I wasnt being pushy. I was totally understanding if I couldn’t get the car, no big deal, I would keep it moving and told Laron this several times, but the dealership called me back th next day, they laid out more options for me to consider. I didn’t reach out to them, they wanted me to come back. I wasn’t asking for any favors. Justin made me feel like a charity case and like he was so overextended by ‘helping’ me. Sorry for such a lengthy review. Thank you Laron Nelson and Brandy Armstrong. You guys are superb at what you do and are great, positive driving forces in this establishment! More

Don't buy it here Do yourself a favor, DO NOT buy a car here. The 3 sales persons you will go through will be very friendly at first, but wait untill all is signed. They will turn their backs on you and will just move on to predate on another person. Don't be fooled by their job titles. They are ALL sales people trained to get the most money out of you. The vehicles here are way overpriced! If like myself you are in desperate need of a car (mine got totalled and I needed a car ASAP so I could take the kids to school and go to work) do yourself a solid, and DO NOT buy any extras they offer. No scratch coat, no dent protection, no LoJack anti theft GPS bull**** I was in urgent need of a car, and as innocent as I was I purchased those services. Now, looking back 2 weeks I should have said NO even though they were very persistent about how useful those services would be. Consider this: when was the last time you had your car stolen? When was the last time that you bought or sold a car with a small dent or scratch that significantly decreased the value of your car? You would have to have a scratch/dent fixed every month just to make it worth the amount you paid for this dent protection they offer. Go to CarMax or other Chevy dealers. At least CarMax will let you return the car after 5 days no questions asked. At Sullivan they will let you EXCHANGE the car within 3 days( Saturday counts). Carfax will be the same anywhere you buy the car. Their 100 and something point inspection it is not that great. I purchased the car Dec 5th, I still haven't received a manual for the car. Not to mention that if I hadn't inspect the car, salesman #1 would have let me leave without the charger. Would I have to drive back there to get the charger of an electric car? Imagine you buy an iPhone, get home, open the box and there is no charger for you to charge it!? You do what you feel like, but I would not buy from Sullivan, at least I would be VERY wary of them if you do buy a car from them. I had salesman #2(they call this one manager) tell me that if the price kept dropping salesman #1 would make less than $100 on the sale, he said that right in front of salesman#1 and asked me if that's what I wanted. Don't fall for none of their tricks. I've learned my lesson. More
