This was my Everyone was polite at John Sullivan service , it was the first issue I have had with my vehicle and they were quick with determining the issue which Everyone was polite at John Sullivan service , it was the first issue I have had with my vehicle and they were quick with determining the issue which is a software issue with On Star and I have to wait for them to make an update and they will contact me when they do have an update, I don't have enough miles on the new Sonic for it to need recommended services yet but I will return to John Sullivan when I do need service.This was covered under warranty More

If I were to do it again I would be prepared to away if I felt taken advantage of, if I wasn't being respected, or if there were no concessions made by the dealership. I learned from this experience and it will shape the way I make future vehicle purchase. Do your homework on your vehicle. Decide on your price, financing duration, monthly payment, and interest. If they don't add up then ask for clarification. If it doesn't make sense then walk away. Good luck to you. More

Always a great experience Since John L Sullivan took over the old Saturn Dealership back in the mid 2000s I have been using them for all my service and repairs. Back in July I Since John L Sullivan took over the old Saturn Dealership back in the mid 2000s I have been using them for all my service and repairs. Back in July I purchased a previous leased 2016 Chevy Cruize. I was due for my first service since the purchase. I contacted Steve White as I always have and came in at the beginning of the new year. He got me in and had some basic maintenance done. While there they found I had a leak and repaired it. Luckily everything is still under warranty. I was in and out in a relatively short time. My compliments to Steve White and the crew at John L Sullivan. More

So far the Bolt has been a great car to drive but I'm having problems with charging. The response to my concern was very good and we'll see how the follow up appointment goes. I will be disappointed if there is a charge for evaluating the problem since this is a brand new car and should have come to me in perfect condition. More
