I felt that he really went out of his way to meet my needs and was patient and accomodating throughout the process. I never felt talked-down to or undervalued like I had at other dealerships. Mr Aguilar was helpful and kind from when I first submitted an email to the dealership. I saw what I wanted and Mr Aguilar took care of me right away no beating around the bush. Even though I knew I was not the only customer he was dealing with, I never felt that his main focus was getting me what I wanted for what I could afford. I was not rushed into purchasing a car either, and even took several days to even make a decision as to what I wanted was never made to feel any different from those who were looking to purchase right away. I would defiantly recommend this dealership in the future to anyone!!! You will not be disappointed!!! And the car I got way exceeded my expectations of what I would be able to forward. Byron and crew made my shopping experience a pleasant, easy-going one. Luckily, most of my shopping and paperwork was done ahead of time online and completed and processed by Byron, so my actual in-chair easy-going one. They took our trade, gave a us a decent amount for it, and we walked out with the car we wanted with all of the features we wanted for the amount we wanted to pay. I have followed Eric from Hummer, to Sullivan. Eric was my service guy for years At Hummer and he actually loved my Green H2 (I am the one and only WIKIDH2 that everyone knows). Eric is honest, dependable, reliable, talented and he knows HUMMER, he knows cars period and people. Over all these years, I can call him my friend. He is more than a service representative, he represents John L. Sullivan, in a way that is uncommon, not that others are bad, but when I have had to deal with others in Eric's absence of his day off, the experience was not very good. Not just because I am partial to Eric, his ethics and the mechanics that work under him, that they come and talk about my vehicle to me, show that they respect HIM and his suggestions and as a woman, that is what I need. I will say I am selling my H2 and as much as I will miss my Hummer, I will miss seeing Eric more...he is an amazingly good man, good representative of your dealership and the best decision you ever made, taking him from KUNI.
