I was very nervous on my first journey to find the car i have been wanting. I had been talking to John Miller through e-mail for quite some time before my stop at the dealership. I randomly showed up on a Saturday with no appointment and John had no hesitant to help me. I already knew what i wanted and the price range. After being at the dealership for an hour i came to find out John did not have a 2011 Chevy Malibu. I then started to have disbelief i was not going to be getting my car that day. John said i will not give and i will find you exactly what i wanted. The day i was there it was pouring rain and John was walking and checking is inventory in the rain. He come back in and said i found one. I then got excited and come to find out it was not what i was looking for. John never game up he jumped through so many hoops to get what i wanted. My parents were with me at the time and they were extremely impressed with John's positive attitude and his great personality. John ended up finding me more than i ever wanted in a car. Not only was John helpful, funny and just ready to help he never gave up. I walked away with a huge smile on my face. I am still very pleased with my first purchase and his help. If you need a car call Byron. Seriously! Last week I was frantic, as gas prices have been creeping up I was becoming more and more stressed about how I was going to keep up the gas bill in my Tahoe. I called JL Sullivan around 7PM asked to speak to special financing and Byron answered. He was so nice, so informative, and so easy to deal with. I gave him my information, and he said he could do the deal, just give him until the next day to see what he could do. Now, lets back up a bit. (My credit…not fabulous, I had a bankruptcy exactly two years ago, and a few late payments. I did however; take out a car loan right after my chapter 7 and by the time I reached Byron had two cars paid on time without any lates on my installment loans, only the CC and fulltime job with paystubs) Okay, so I go to bed that night and I am thinking great what can he do for me? I am 8K upside down in a vehicle that eats between $400-600 bucks a month in gas. I woke up the next day and Byron called around 10:00, he said I have found you an approval, get down here. I am thinking okay, but I am skeptical because after you file a chapter 7 nothing seems real until it happens. Anyway, I make it down there about two, and there it was 1. The car I asked for exactly 2. An approval from A paper bank 3. Friendly people 4. Easy process and if that wasn’t enough at the very last minute while I am signing away the finance manager told me that Byron was able to get me this crazy RATE! 8.9% I was SHOCKED, I felt like tom cruise when he was jumping around on Oprahs couch!! I just wanted to scream. I mean I was expecting to pay at least a 15% rate with a payment around $600 and they came back and said here is great rate, a free oil change, a BRAND NEW 2012 car and a great lender. All I have to say is that the EXPERIENCE was AMAZING! The day before I didn’t even think I could get approved for a loan with my credit and the next day I drove home my brand new car. I couldn’t believe it. If you need a car and think you can’t get approved you should call Byron at John L Sullivan. They don’t hound you and every person that works there smiles and makes you feel like you have an 800 credit score even if you only have a 500. You won’t be disappointed! More

Spoke with Heidi and told her exactly what we were looking for and what we were willing to pay with interest. Heidi GOT busy! We were very impressed. During this process Heidi was prompt to return our calls and keep us informed. When she had an acceptable offer she had all the paperwork ready to go and made our time at the actual dealership minimal and pleasant. I've purchased several cars in the past at verious dealerships and must say this has been the most hassle-free experience. We will definitely look to Heidi and John L.
