I am almost 60 years of age and have bought or leased several cars. This experience at Sullivan's Chevrolet, and especially to the awesome customer service experience with John Miller was way above my ex several cars. I have challenging credit issues, yet he was able to secure a loan for me and do so with a reasonable down payment and monthly payments and find a car that fit my needs perfectly. Plus, he is the most personable salesperson I have ever met in any industry. I was made to feel that I always was in control and had options, and never pressured. I will with pleasure recommend anyone I know who is looking for a car to Sullivan's Chevrolet and to John Miller! More
I purchased a used car thru their Internet sales program. I arrived to the dealership and the car I wanted was not the correct color. Bryon Aguilar, Internet Sales, said he had another model of the same car. I arrived to the dealership and the car I wanted was not the correct color. Bryon Aguilar, Internet Sales, said he had another model of the same car. It was a model I did not consider because I thought I could not afford it. He showed me the car and it was more than I expected. I purchased the car that day. During the final sale it was written in that I was to bring the car back in because there was an issue with the dash lights. I was unable to bring the car back in for 4 months. Not only did they not hassle me for taking so long, they provided me with a rental car while the repair was being completed. The car I purchased was not a Chevy, so they sent it to the proper dealership for the repair. In today's times most people once they get your money they are done with you. They went above the call of normal duty if you ask me . Their Service Department is so professional. The woman service writer, Jeri Miller, was knowledgeable and made sure I was taken care of and my car was correctly fixed. I cannot praise John Sullivan enough. If you are looking for a new or used car I would highly recommend John Sullivan. The services I received, even though the car I purchased was not a Chevy, goes to show they do stand behind their word. The entire process was professional and painless. Scott made this the most relaxing experience I've ever had in purchasing a new car! His relaxed and non-pressured attitude was refreshing in a car salesman. John, was very attentive to our inquireies concerning the Volt. He offered to place our names on a contact list for when the Volts arrived so that we could be contacted to view and possibly purchase said ve Volt. It's not often that I can say I truly enjoyed my car buying experience. Terry, Joy, and Ron were all great to work with. I had been trying for 2 days to work with another dealership, but they did not buying experience. Terry, Joy, and Ron were all great to work with. I had been trying for 2 days to work with another dealership, but they did not have the car I was looking for so I finally gave up and called John L. Sullivan Chevrolet. I spoke with Terry Rouda in sales. He was very pleasant and knowledgable about the car I was interested in. In fact he had the car on the lot. Terry offered to show me the car within the hour. I fell in love with the car as soon as I drove it. Terry offered me a very reasonable price on the new car and I was very satisfied with the offer on my trade. Ron Hutcherson, the finance manager offered me a great rate on financing. He was very personable and I really enjoyed working with him. The financing rate was even better than my credit union offered so I decided to buy. Joy Sanders did an awesome job explaining how all the features of the car work. The next day she contacted me to see how everything was going. All in all, I am very happy with John L. Sullivan Chevrolet and all the great folks who work there.
