I must say it was a very pleasant surprise for my wife and I to just stop to look at a couple of vehicles, really not expecting to purchase a truck at the particular day. I had emailed Franklin Torres a c and I to just stop to look at a couple of vehicles, really not expecting to purchase a truck at the particular day. I had emailed Franklin Torres a couple of times so, I thought stopping by, meeting him and looking a a couple of trucks was something we could do. Franklin was a very pleasant guy, didn't get rattled by the fact we selected a truck to test drive, didn't get off the lot and it ran out of gas. Franklin took the time, remained calm, went and purchased gas, asked us to have a hot dog or hamburger while he did the deed. Finally we were out on the road, it as a pleasure working with him. Also the Assistant manager, Eric Davis was an excellent closer, I wasn't going to buy that day but, he made the deal to get it done. Franklin followed up with all the other efforts, came to our home, got the due bill work done, and didn't stop until we were completely satisfied with everything to have us happy with our purchase!! I initially started looking for a vehicle on line through John L. Sullivan which I choose because I had puchased my Pontiac Grand AM there about ten years ago. And, he did not. They had just taken delivery of the new 2013's we selected the style and color we wanted and he took care of everything. He met our price point, answered every question we had and always made us feel at ease. Within a day we made up our mind, took delivery of the car and within a week drove it over 3,000 miles and never had an issue. We went in on Saturday, 9/1 to looking into trading in our 08' Saturn Vue. We did and we worked with Scott Kiley. He was AWESOME!!! Very friendly and no high pressure. I finally got fed up with my '99 Ford being in a constant state of repair so decided to try out John L. Sullivan in trading it out for something a little less...used. Octavio, my salesman, was extremely hel state of repair so decided to try out John L. Sullivan in trading it out for something a little less...used. Octavio, my salesman, was extremely helpful and professional. He understood exactly what I was looking for and hooked me up with a great 2013 model. However, 36 hours after driving my brand new car off the lot, I had to bring it back to their service department for an electrical issue. When I received news that my new car was going to be out of commission for an unknown number of WEEKS, suffice it to say I was extremely upset. I made it a point to sit down with two of the sales managers and express my concerns for being sold a defective car. To my surprise, the sales managers not only agreed, they offered to put me in a new car; not in just whatever was left on their lot either...they ended up bringing in my new car from another dealership so that I could have just what I wanted! Octavio and the rest of the sales staff took what could have been the worst shopping experience I've ever had and spun it into a wonderfully positive outcome. John L. Sullivan definitely bent over backwards to correct their mistake and make me happy. I was referred to John Sullivan Chevrolet by a simple on-line internet search. However, after dealing with everyone's friendly helpful attitude, I am certain it was by no accident.
