We felt comfortable and well cared for during the whole time we were there--from the time we walked through the door until the time we left. We had some issues regarding finances and they were able to w time we were there--from the time we walked through the door until the time we left. We had some issues regarding finances and they were able to work with us on that and resolve everything to our satisfaction so far. All the staff who we worked with and any who came in to assist in any way were very pleasant and polite. In this day in age that really means a lot. We still have some outstanding business (i.e., certification of the vehicle, etc.) to be handled and we are confident that will work out as well. We really like the CarPro program. More

I bought a 2013 camaro a couple weeks ago. Scott Kiley was my salesman and he was extremely helpful! Scott was very friendly and not pushy at all. Ian was great. I did come in to look at used cars but was discouraged at prices and mileage. He showed me a few that I liked but I just wasn't sure what to do. I saw the copper metalic brown cruz and I was in love. Ian was so patient with me, as I asked a million questions and went on more than one test drive. He was genuinely kind and understanding about the emotional effects that go with this kind of purchase, and really seemed to care. He was lighthearted and actually fun to hang out with, as I was there most of the afternoon. I'm not sure anyone else could have sold me a car that day,. I'm happy with my car, though I'm still in shock that I actually have a new car. 1st one in 23 years. Over all it was a really good experience. Everyone involved was super nice, I never felt pressured. Thanks Ian! More
This has been one of the worst experiences! I bought a 2008 F150 2 months ago...within 3 weeks it was jumping when going at certain speeds. I took it in to the local Ford dealership and found out all thr 2008 F150 2 months ago...within 3 weeks it was jumping when going at certain speeds. I took it in to the local Ford dealership and found out all thr coils were misfiring. JL Sullivan towed the truck to them to work on it leaving me stranded with no vehicle. They took apart the coils and cleaned them out and "fixed" the problem! Apparently they put too much "gook" in engine when they were detailing it. So they rent us a car to get the truck but I have to pay for gas to drive the truck 2 hours home. 3 1/2 weeks later I have the problem again. Take it in to Ford and 3 coils need to be replaced (they reccomend all), spark plug and tune up. This time JL Sullivan passes it on to my warranty who only covers $400 of the $1000 bill. And again no vehicle while waiting! I've made one payment on this truck, have had it for 2 months and it's been in the shop for a week! I've talked to GM cooperation and they now have a complaint file set. This has brought tears, stress and anger! Buying a vehicle is suppose to be a proud moment and I feel used I will never buy a vehicle from them again! More

They SMOKE everybody on price in the entire San Joaquin Valley and they treat you like family, not like they’re salesmen. That says it all!! More
