He knew the car well and was able to show me most of its features while we droe. It didn't have the roof rack I wanted but he confirmed with the service dept. that racks from the dealer could be added and they won't look like after-market. The process was fast, friendly and I have no qualms about recommending John Sullivan Chevrolet and AJ. More
