I had to file bankruptcy recently, but I still needed a car to drive. I thought I would need to buy an unreliable car from a private party because of the bankruptcy. Mr. Kircher contacted me after I applie car to drive. I thought I would need to buy an unreliable car from a private party because of the bankruptcy. Mr. Kircher contacted me after I applied online for financing. He explained the process to me and we worked together to find something that fit into my budget and could get financed. This work was great, but what set this dealership apart from others is their willingness to work for me. I live over three and a half hours from the dealership, so at 5 pm when I spoke to Mr. Kircher I asked when could I come in to look at a vehicle he suggested. It was a certified pre-owned car with a service plan that takes care of routine maintenance for the first two years, in addition to the manufacturer warranty that is still left. He was willing to stay later that night for me and my family to drive in to look at the car. There was no guarantee of a purchase and yet he stayed. Once I was at the dealership, past 9 pm, no person made us feel rushed. The whole process was efficient and Mr. Kircher already had most of the paperwork done. Everyone was very friendly and the process was done in a little over an hour. Although I did not like the interest rate, realistically I cannot complain because it is my situation that calls for the high interest. If this dealership treats me this good, in my credit situation, I can only imagine how well they would be when my credit improves. More
My husband and i decided to shop on line for a new car and knew that we wanted a Chevy Malibu. I am always hearing about John L. Sullivan so we thought we would start there. We told him what we were looking for and our situation and he immediatley jumped in to help. He was very friendly and helpful with filling out the necessary forms on the computer the night before we went in the next day. When we arrived to the dealership he had our car already out front and was there to greet us with a handshake and smile. He made us feel very comfortble while we waited as he got all the paperwork in order. After about an hr. or so Byron came and told us everything was in order and the car was ready! I had a vehicle in mind and started with an Internet search. My search lead me to a dealership in Concord + Roseville Automall. Both Internet salesmen replied to my inquiry within minutes. Franklin, however, indicated he had the vehicle, he would be there until 7pm n suggested a test drive. Since I had already a preapproval n had all #'s I drove on in. The 2008 GMC Acadia had the best price and best options but Franklin made the package even sweeter.....added LoJack, additional warranty, dent repair, gas fill, detail. June 7, 2013 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: June 7, 2013 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Back in December my daughter purchased a 2006 Toyota Solara from Toyota at the Roseville mall June 7, 2013 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Back in December my daughter purchased a 2006 Toyota Solara from Toyota at the Roseville mall that had over a 100, 000 miles on it and she is currently making payments on this vehicle. She was given a 90 day warrenty. Well about a week and a half ago we took the vehicle back to the dealership because the heads were leaking and according to the mechanics at Roseville Mall the car had a blown head gasket after only five months and it was gonna cost my daughter about 2500.00 to fix. My daughter is only twenty five years old and has a small child to raise. The dealership said that they were sorry this happened, but that there was nothing they could do because the warrenty had expired. At this point my daughter was upset and we were also upset because we were not able to help her. Her boyfriend made a call to the main office. And to our surprise received a call back from John L. Sullivan himself. Mr. Sullivan set an appointment for my daughter to bring her car back to the Roseville Mall and to be fixed at no charge! We could not believe it, he made it right. I found my Hyundai Santa Fe at the John L Sullivan website, and from start to finish, the folks there made everything as easy for me as possible. Byron had the car waiting for me as soon as I stepped onto the lot. The car was in great condition, drove like a dream, and I got a great deal on it too! There were only two on the lot so he pulled one and put it in the back so it would be available when I got there. Test drove the Equinox, said I wanted it and the deal would depend on what I would be given for my trade in and the interest rate, he made an offer I said no I would not take less than a certain amount. I drove away in the Equinox. More
