We went to John L. to hear a muffler that we want to put on our 2014 Camaro, Brian let us hear a 2014 that had the muffler installed , it sounded good and decided to have it done. He was extremely professional in his knowledge and treated us like we were the only customers there. Also at the clinic we had questions about our registration which we hadn.t received since Jan. Joy said that she would check into it and would let us know the next day when we came in. The process was smooth and straight forward. I would definitely recommend John L. Sullivan and their staff for purchasing a vehicle. Byron took the time to explain the pricing and the options available for the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Ron and Ian walked me through the financing process and made sure I understood each portion of the paperwork. Brienne and Daytona gave me a tutorial on the various features of my vehicle explaining each of the functions and how to access them. After it was all done Bryon gave me a tour of the dealership showing me where the parts department, customer service and shop were located. He also explained the process for dropping my vehicle off for maintenance and oil changes. I will continue to utilize their service center even though I live 40 minutes from Rosevile simply because of their staff. More
