Great experience John was a real good guy. I contacted him by phone a few weeks before buying and when I zeroed in on the car I wanted he worked out almost all of the John was a real good guy. By the time I got in he had almost everything I needed done too. He had pulled the car up into a nice corner of the lot and parked it in a shaded area, so when I got there it was nice and cool and just a really cool thing to see. The best car buying experience I've ever had.... This was by far the best car buying experience of my life. I have never bought a car on my own (I've always been married) and to be honest I was terri This was by far the best car buying experience of my life. I have never bought a car on my own (I've always been married) and to be honest I was terrified. I had absolutely no reason to be!! From the moment John contacted me he made the process so easy and super stress free. He had most of the leg work done by the time I got to the dealership at 5:30 on a Friday night. He ran some numbers and we were off to look at cars. There was NEVER any pressure to buy anything. The more we looked the more he honed in on what I was looking for and what I liked (I'm glad he did because I had no idea what I wanted). It wasn't long at all before I found the car that I had been looking for and we were off to finance. He was with me every step of the way. Always very personable, laughing and positive. Even my time in finance was enjoyable. John sat with me and we talked and talked until it was my turn and then he walked me to my new to me car when I was done. I was out the door at 8:45. I have never spent that amount of time at a car dealership AND walked out with a car!!! John is such a genuine person. He is not a salesman.
