The vehicle ended up having frame damage, and honestly after finding that out I did not feel safe in the vehicle anymore (especially since we are expecting our first child). I called the dealership after finding out that information and Jim was very understanding and more than willing to make things right for our situation. We were introduced to Jessey who would be taking on the task of finding us the SUV we were looking for at a payment we could afford. Jessey worked endlessly for days trying to find us the perfect vehicle with everything we wanted at an affordable payment. You could tell he took an interest in our situation and genuinely wanted to make our experience with John L. Sullivan a memorable one and turn it from a negative to a positive. He was willing to go above and beyond to satisfy our needs. We were not willing to settle and neither was he. He gave us his best opinions and advice even we were torn between multiple vehicles. My husband and I couldn't have been more happy with the customer service and experience we received while working with Jessey. So glad we decided to go back there and speak with someone about the horrible first experience we encountered years ago. Will definitely be back in the future when we are ready for another vehicle.
