Not only did he save me time by preparing the preapproval before I made the 2 hour drive but he made sure I spent more time driving my new Mercedes-Benz than sitting in a large waiting room for hours. I literally got there he showed me what I wanted and made a deal signed the contract and left. Not the first car I bought a car and was expecting to be there for a while. We are closer to the "other" Chevy place, but chose to drive to Roseville because of the customer service. You will not be disappointed! We also did our paperwork with Devon Allen. It was like seeing a friend again since he did our paperwork 20 years ago when we bought our first new truck. He zoomed us through the paperwork efficiently and we were also able to purchase GAP and an extended warranty. I have never seen anyone work so fast! Loved it! More
