Joy Sanders, I showed up to the dealership just before 10 a.m. as agreed to meet with management. Jeff Butler who was the shop foreman that was going to look at the vehicle was late to start off. After going over the car they offered first to re-paint saying the area in question was painted questionably, I declined this. I paid 32K for a vehicle that was so called "certified" and never was informed that the car had previous damage. JR spoke with Vito Ballestrasse and then offered to give me full trade in value back on the car to try and put me into another vehicle we talked and I was still going to get the short end of the stick. I paid 32K out the door for everything. My current loan is down to 54 months and 22K They want me to get into another loan with a longer term and I am now out 10K to put on another vehicle quite possibly with a higher loan payment. I feel that John L. Sullivan is not taking me serious. I am the victim of dealer fraud and feel that I will need to retain Counsel. I have exhausted all efforts to allow John L. Sullivan to make this right. I am sorry we could not make this right Joy. Consumers should be very weary of dealings with John L. Sullivan.
