The right fit When we first went to John L. Sullivan we were just looking. John Winkleman assisted us and was extremely knowledgeable on the car I was looking for. When we first went to John L. Sullivan we were just looking. John Winkleman assisted us and was extremely knowledgeable on the car I was looking for. A couple weeks later we came back to look some more. John was not available but had his colleague Juan Quezada assist us. By then we had been to numerous car lots searching for the right Camaro. I explained exactly what I wanted to Juan, he showed me a few models but insisted I try one specific one. This beautiful ice gray metallic Camaro RS. The moment I got behind the wheel I knew it was my car. We took it for a test drive and I was in love with it. Juan was patient with me, my questions, the pouring rain, and could answer any questions about the car. Tony K, Steve Sady both worked hard to get us done so that I could drive home that night with my new car. I have never felt so welcome, so appreciated, and treated so nicely at a dealership. I loved my experience with the crew here and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. More
I have had very poor service with Lance Duarte. I have called Lance Duarte, Charles Dean, J.R. O'Grady, Byron Mudd and now I have emailed back and forth with Joy Sanders. At this point I am happy w I have called Lance Duarte, Charles Dean, J.R. O'Grady, Byron Mudd and now I have emailed back and forth with Joy Sanders. At this point I am happy with Byron as a sales guy...He did not know anything or withhold information on purpose and whether or not the rest of the people at John L. Sullivan Chevrolet did or not they represented the 2014 Impala LTZ2 as being perfect and never in an accident. That is false. I had the car at a local body shop per the recommendation of my insurance company and they brought it to my attention that the car had been in an accident on the passenger rear side, re-painted and was missing an emblem. I also here massive grinding of the brakes when releasing the e-brake and then backing up. I have brought all of this to John L.Sullivan Chevrolet's attention and have been ignored for the past week and a half. If we cannot resolve this soon I will be retaining counsel and suing John L. Sullivan Chevrolet not only for the car, but for the attorney fees. More

After a not so pleasant experience with another sales team/person I was referred to Abel, he was diligent, patient, kind, etc. As a result of Abel's outstanding customer service I drove home exactly the car I wanted for the payment I wanted, not to mention was respected and treated fairly this time around! O'Grady and Byron Mudd were exceptional with the attention they gave to me and my partner when we were "just looking". At no time did we feel pressured to make a decision. They were both respectful, engaging, and personable. I am a pretty good judge of character and could tell that J.R. and Byron were absolutely genuine and not just trying to make a sale. We appreciated the ease in which they made us feel. After leaving the dealership and making the decision to get the Malibu, they both made themselves immediately available to meet with me to begin the transaction. Ian Johnson made the paperwork process a breeze. He was thorough in reviewing the documents, but he also allowed us to "chat" during the transaction making it seem far less clinical. Very engaging individual as well! Alexandra Haggin did a fabulous job explaining all of the tech features of the car (thankfully). She was so thorough that I remembered everything the next day. Also, as engaging as J.R., Byron and Ian. I also appreciated that John L. Sullivan came out and chatted with me when I was getting ready to leave the dealership with the new car. The team at John L. Fast and Friendly Service I have to commend your advisor - Mark E. Rogers!! He went above and beyond his "duty"! Last year it took almost 2 hours for the oil and lube. This I have to commend your advisor - Mark E. Rogers!! He went above and beyond his "duty"! Last year it took almost 2 hours for the oil and lube. This time he had it done in 1/2 hour, fixed the screen the way I liked, and gave me his card in case I have any other problems. More
