Just more attention to detail I brought my truck in on a recall and they said they reprogrammed it which they didn't so the steering locked up after recall work was supposully fixe I brought my truck in on a recall and they said they reprogrammed it which they didn't so the steering locked up after recall work was supposully fixed . Service I went in for a service turned out I needed a new battery! Rude salesman I went in looking for a small SUV for my family. The salesman was really quiet and when I asked him questions I got one word answers. It was really aw I went in looking for a small SUV for my family. The salesman was really quiet and when I asked him questions I got one word answers. It was really awkward. And then when it came down to paperwork and proof of income, he became pushy and very bossy. He was rushing me to fill out paperwork instead of letting me read what I was signing. It made me uncomfortable. The finance team was amazing though. They really worked with me with my income and credit score and made it possible for me to get a car that I’ve wanted for so long. I walked out with my 2017 Kia Sportage and I absolutely LOVE IT. So I give the finance teams customer service five stars and the sales man two stars. More

Oil change/tire rotation Every one is super friendly. They let you know up front that it will take 2hrs ( not sure why it takes that long). I see the service advisor come out to the waiting area & let the person know what the issue is , the price & how much longer it might be. I rally like that. They did not need to do that for me because I was done in the time frame I was told. My only issue was the courtesy car wash. It was horrible. Windows were streaked, the back of the car I could see where they had supposedly wiped it. I had clean my windows just after I left just so I could see. More
My brakes were making a noise that is not normal. I had to replace the rotors on my prior vehicle so of course I was nervous about this noise.
