Damage to my vehicle I have purchased my vehicle and regularly service my vehicle at John L Sullivan Chevrolet. 4/5 times the service is fast, friendly, thorough, and easy I have purchased my vehicle and regularly service my vehicle at John L Sullivan Chevrolet. 4/5 times the service is fast, friendly, thorough, and easy. The service personnel are great. However this last time everything was the same except when I got home straight from the dealership I notice damage to my vehicle. Significant damage. Although, I am currently working with the management who have been accommodating to determine when and where this has happened, and possibly arrange a repair this is very frustrating. I am disappointed in the integrity of the staff. Honesty, and remedy would have been more appropriate than allowing a customer to go home and hope they did not notice the damage to their vehicle. This has been time consuming, inconveniencing, and depreciates the value of my vehicle if I would like to sell or trade in the future. I do not feel this isolated incident speaks for John L Sullivan and the staff in general, but it is frustrating. I will remain a customer; however, I will be much more meticulous with service in checking my vehicle before AND after repair. I will follow up with the overall outcome of this situation in the near future. More

Repair Challenges Brought the vehicle in for oil change and oil leak resolution. After 4 days later, car still in service, no car, mechanic off for Fri through Monday a Brought the vehicle in for oil change and oil leak resolution. After 4 days later, car still in service, no car, mechanic off for Fri through Monday and no one else working on vehicle. I went to dealership on Saturday to query about the problem, Service mgr tried to help but despite Penny's best efforts, the mechanic still out the next week and car still unrepaired. Once repairs were complete, the vehicle now makes a strange sound and had to be returned for additional repairs this week. There was a lack of communication regarding the repairs since the mechanic had time off, really? So if the employee never came back, the car would still be sitting there? There was no offer by service advisor of a loaner since it was the dealers issue in the repair delay. A potential 1-2 day service is now entering week 2. I am understanding about ordering parts, I do not understand only 1 mechanic with 4 days off that the car wasn't reassigned to another tech to do the work. More
