Absolutely Awesome I took my 2015 Chevy Spark in for an oil change and an all points maintenance check . Not happy and will not return Well after a great start to this visit it went down hill. My service writer had her days off so contact was transfered to another employee. After leaving messages and calling multiple time then having to get mad about the state of never getting a return call I was finally called back. When trying to get to the bottom of why I was being charged a diag. fee for work that was covered under my warranty I had to call the warranty service multiple times and attempt to talk to the service writers also it wasnt until the last time was I told the "truth". Apparently my warranty wouldnt cover a 1 hour pressure test according to Kayla. Which is also a bit long for a pressure test along with, which was removed thankfully, a one hour brake inspection that is free anywhere in town. Kayla removed the brake inspection test because we agreed we both had different views of what that was suppose to be. So what still remained was a pressure test that was also nowhere on my bill and wasnt listed on the request to the warranty service as part for remebursment according to the warranty service. So on top of 4 days of frustration with trying to get to the bottom and being told just a little bit more to the story each time makes it seem like somebody didnt do something and was covering their xxx. Also the car was suppose to be washed again and someone broke the key chain that was on the key and just dropped it in a cup holder not mentioning anything about it. I only found out when I got gas. The key chain was a gift all be it just a key chain it was the fact it wasnt mentioned. All and all I will never use or visit this dealership for service or future purchases. The amount I had to pay is not the problem it was the unprofessionalism and lack of communication that was provided that has set me to not only not return but not recommend this service to anyone. Not to bad mouth or be upset about the whole thing it seems so far that the work provided is great and the mechanics are spot on. More

First service/ rude employee I went in on February 8th to get my first service done for my 2017 chevy Silverado. I was greeted by Mark a very nice guy. My only but huge problem that would stop me from coming back and telling other was the girl named Taylor was at her desk in the same office on her personal cell phone the entire time till I made a comment to her saying that’s very rude to be on your phone. She had no response back but slid it back into backpack and walked out the room with no apology and didn’t see her until I returned later to pick my truck up. She ruined the entire visit which still makes me think of I should have my service down there. Mark is the only thing that would make me come back but I don’t know if I can handle her rudeness I talked to penny about her and pointed out who it was and I hope she took care of it cause it really bugged me that at work you should be working not on personal cell phones. More
