The service department shows poor judgement. In addition, they have inconsistent pricing. These make trusting their work difficult. Your Choice For A New Mazda I wanted to say how great all the staff at Gburg Mazda have been in helping me get the Mazda MX5 RF I have wanted for quite some time. Todd Patton was I wanted to say how great all the staff at Gburg Mazda have been in helping me get the Mazda MX5 RF I have wanted for quite some time. Todd Patton was very helpful and answered all my questions and made the whole car buying experience easy to deal with. The car I wanted had to be ordered and it was easy for them to do and got me the car I wanted quickly as well. Upon arriving at the dealership just off the carrier Todd took the time to let me inspect the car and answered all my questions as well. After that Todd and Amin Rehman in finance took there time and helped me work out numbers that were much better than other dealerships offered me for the same car. They also gave me a wonderful price for my trade in as well. Also Todd and Amin got me awesome 1.9% financing as well and saved me a bundle as well. If you need a new Mazda Todd Patton and Amin Rehman are tops in there fields of expertise and will help you get the car you want for a great price as well. Buyers Beware!! Bought a used SUV and experienced a shutter and vibration in the vehicle within the second day of having the car, also noted that the change oil light Bought a used SUV and experienced a shutter and vibration in the vehicle within the second day of having the car, also noted that the change oil light was on when I bought the car. I contacted the sales lady (Alana Okur) and asked if I could have it looked at locally for I was an hour away from the dealership. She informed me to bring the vehicle back to them due to being a 2,000 or 2 month warranty. They did a wheel alignment and said it was fixed..When I picked up the car I noticed that my oil light had been reset and no notes saying they did an oil change. I emailed the dealership as soon as I got home because the vehicle still had a shutter and was not fixed but also asked if an oil change was done because i was planning on having it serviced and needed to know. The dealership started to ignore every email from this point on. I then received a speeding ticket in the mail. The ticket was issued after the service department was closed and while the vehicle was in their possession. I immediately contacted the manager (Broca Harpreet) and asked that he find out who was driving my car and why it was out past the service department hours. I also asked him why my oil light was reset and he said it was never done when it went through MD state inspection. He asked that I send him a copy of the ticket saying it happens all the time and they just pay the ticket. I have sent a copy of this ticket to both managers (Amin Rehman & Broca Harpreet) and neither one have them have responded. The total silence on their part is not acceptable. Buyers beware of this dealership!! More

The proposal mysteriously vanished when we entered the finance office and were greeted by a destination charge of $800+ in top of Todds initial quote. Of course when we threatened to walk to fee was waived. We were told that every dealer in the area does Business this way. Where I come from this is bait and switching. More
No way my friends or family will go here I just got rid of the very first car I paid for all by myself. I stressed how much I needed something safe for myself and my son. Bought my car and just after the 2 month warranty was up my car was leaking oil everywhere...turns out whoever inspected it did not tighten a bolt in the transfer case. Two huge full nails in both back tires! And the ac stopped blowing any cold air! I was thinking the language difference was an issue until I found out the salesman out right lied to me about the car already being md state inspected. Turns out it had not. I was told to basically be quiet and enjoy the nice loaner car that I would never be able to afford. I'm so disgusted that this vehicle had been sold to me with air being pumped into the tires twice before I picked it up instead of them locating nails and repairing. Not to mention the fact that I stressed that I could never have another vehicle with out air and yet the freon put in before I picked vehicle up only lasted 2 months (IN THE WINTER!!! Without it being used!) Had they been honest with me I would have just picked another vehicle from them. I'm completely disgusted with their customer service and the lies. I will never ever let my family come to any Rosenthal dealerships ever in the future unless they make this right. But I highly doubt anyone will ever contact me about any of these matters. "Enjoy your nice loaner" and "well, you are buying an old vehicle." And all of the above was relayed in messages to people higher up but of course no one ever calls back...ever More

After we agreed and we were moving forward, they told me the "discount" was for their 2016's not the car I wanted. The email Explicitly had the 2017 model and 2017 retail model. When confronted with this, they claimed it was a "mistake" and they would not honor it. A waste of time. More

Quite possibly the worst car buying experience of life! Everything was fine until I signed the papers then it was not so nice from then on. I had to collect the car the day after I signed papers, was kept waiting at Metro for 25 minutes on a very hot day, then when Mr Lewis finally arrived we rode in silence to the Dealership, the car was still not ready. then when I discovered horrible dashboard reflection(especially going into the sun) on the windshield couple weeks after I had the car it was like I had the only car in the world that did that no service was offered to correct the problem. and the headlights are so dim they seem to only light up 30 feet directly in front nothing towards the sides and the seat is ridiculously hard. What I find really offensive is the attitude of everyone at the Dealership including the service dept. I stand to lose a lot of money trading it in but it really feels like a liability and that is what I am forced to do. don't worry I wont be back to your dealer and hopefully no one else I know will either. I have nothing good to say about Mazda and could go on a lot more about what I don't like about the car. More
