I came in for my first service on my vehicle. That was my clue to leave but I stayed- wrong decision. I told the service man I had a nail in my tire and asked for advice. He had sound advice for me. When my car was finished, the first thing he said to me was that tires had been rotated and the tire with the nail was now on the front. I get home and the next day my husband asks why I never rotated the tires. In fact, the tire with the nail is still in the same place it was originally. Tires were never rotated- a service that was paid for and not completed. I called and spoke to the service man and he agreed this was unacceptable. He was supposed to call me back with a resolution- I have heard nothing! More
