Kevin made buying a new car painless and fast. For the first time buying a car it was quick and painless. Any other time when purchasing you usually sit in a dealership for 4,5,6 hours going back and for first time buying a car it was quick and painless. I had a good experience from my fisst walk through the door. My husband and I was greeted with a friendly hello, and were directed to some comfortable seats and asked if we wanted something to drink whil door. Our Sales Rep KEVIN BERGER was very friendly and was knowledgeable and took his time to listen to what I wanted and delivering on it, without being pushy. KEITH our Finance Rep was very knowledgeable and friendly also, and gave us the best deal for our money. They also do follow up calls to make sure all your questions were answered about your car, and to see how you're enjoying it. I would recommend Rosen Nissan/Kia to anyone looking for a new or used car. To top off our visit the Owner came and congratulated us on our New Car! More

Jim and I had a series of telephone conferences discussing my interest in a Nissan Maxima. All of our business was conducted over the telephone. Within a short period of time, Jim found the exact car that I wanted at a price that Rosen's competitors could not come close to. I met Jim in person on Saturday, January 8, when I picked up the car. Jim went over every detail with the car, and I signed off on the paperwork. I was impressed with the personal service that I received from all of the Rosen folks that assisted me in the purchase of my Maxima. I could not have been more pleased. This is my third new car from Rosen. I bought two Kia's and now I have a Nissan. I would go back. I like the fact that they are located in my backyard and the free car wash every Sat. I gave my Kia to m and now I have a Nissan. I would go back. I like the fact that they are located in my backyard and the free car wash every Sat. I gave my Kia to my son and now he'll get the free car washes also on Saturday's. When I needed warranty work on my Kia they looked up my extended warranty that I had bought because I lost all the paperwork and I only had to pay the deductible. That's good service. More
Took way too long to purchase the car. With having a Nissan discount and incentive in hand we knew exactly what it would cost but it still took over 3 hrs to purchase.
