I am 8 months pregnant and we were trying to buy a car that would be suitable for a growing family. I had recently gone through a terrible experience at another local Nissan dealership (Russ Darrow) durin that would be suitable for a growing family. I had recently gone through a terrible experience at another local Nissan dealership (Russ Darrow) during which my husband and I were lied to, manipulated, kept for more than 4 hours only to be told the details of the deal we had agreed on were no longer valid, etc... I was about to look into buying another brand of car when I went to Rosen Nissan in Milwaukee. I simply could not physically or emotionally handle the stress of trying to buy the car we wanted, particularly because of my pregnancy. From the moment we walked into Rosen Nissan to the moment we left (and subsequent follow-ups from the dealership), we were treated like VIPs. They were understanding of my situation, they ensured we were comfortable, they took the time to walk us through every detail and allow us the time we needed to make decisions. They never made us wait or tried to manipulate us into anything beyond what we were comfortable doing. We went home with a car we love and we are so happy that we bought this car from a dealer we genuinely trust and respect now. This was really important to us: that we did not pay money to a dealer that had tried to manipulate us, but rather we purchased our car from people who treated us with respect and thoughtfulness. So, we are thrilled that Rosen Nissan sold us our car and we will continue to go there for Service and all future car needs because they truly earned it. I cannot recommend them enough and particularly the individuals (Sherri, Erdgin, Jeff) who worked with us directly. Once I had decided upon a color, they kept me updated as the availability of my vehicle. At the time of delivery, there was no pressure to 'upsell' any features, or services (which I appreciated) and everyone was very thorough. I got a complete tour of the service department; introduced to the service manager and service writers. Jeff Rosen introduced himself to me and told me that I could contact him directly if ever I needed. I also got a complete 'tour' of my new car; including a detailed description of all the features of the car; inside and out. An appointment was set up for my first complementary oil change; and I did receive emails confirming this date as well as an email explaining how to the change the appointment, if need be. I have receive several follow-up phone calls, from the dealership and Kevin to ensure that things were progressing smoothly. I am very impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of this dealership. I believe they 'left no stone unturned' in this experience. My wife and I have been looking for a pre-owned vehicle as we are expecting another baby in a few weeks. We did most of our vehicle research on the internet prior to stopping on the lot at all. We found a fantastic internet deal well below MSRP on Autotrader.com (at Rosen), and decided it warrented a test drive. The Rosen website was also very useful and informative. As my wife and I have different schedules, Sawyer was able to arrange for us to do seperate test drives to make sure that it would meet our needs. After looking at a few other vehicles elsewhere, we found that the Nissan Rogue we test drove at Rosen was by far the best value. Unfortunately, we arrived about 20 minutes after they had sold the first vehicle that we had fallen in love with. The great part was that Sawyer didn't miss a beat - Within 10 minutes of finding out that the car we had chosen was already sold, he had found another vehicle of the same year, make and model and was able to give us the same fantastic internet price as the other vehicle. Working through the financing and paperwork was very quick (which was fantastic as we have another little one that was tearing around the sales office the entire time) and Sawyer did an amazing job making sure we were comfortable and that all our needs, concerns, and wish-lists for our vehicle were met. Best of all, Sawyer had a very Low-Pressure sales technique that will make him my goto guy for any and all future visits (I'm thinking a xxxx'ed out Murano next time). All-in-all, this was the best car purchase that I've made so far in my life! I highly recommend Rosen, as well as Sawyer for helping you to find the right car for you. More

My family and I recently relocated to the US from Germany (and Canada) and did not have US credit history. However, unlike several other dealerships who were either unwilling or unable to consider my cre (and Canada) and did not have US credit history. However, unlike several other dealerships who were either unwilling or unable to consider my credentials and international credit history, Jeff and Sherri were able to not only able to work with our unique situation but also give us a great deal as well. We found the staff to be hard working, friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone there exceeded all of my expectations. Therefore, it is without hesitation that I highly recommend Rosen Nissan to anyone, but especially to ex-pats without established US credit history. More
