Just leased a Sentra with Kevin Berger. Third time I've worked with Kevin and all three times were easy and pleasant. Kevin is very up front. Never feel like he's being anything less than honest. I recently visited Rosen in hopes of financing a CPO car or to get a new car, because of my history of trading in my past cars before they were paid off. Joe asked me if I ever thought of leasing a car and or to get a new car, because of my history of trading in my past cars before they were paid off. Joe asked me if I ever thought of leasing a car and explained to me the benefits of a lease. This is my first time leasing a car and I feel it was the best thing to do. My experience at Rosen was excellent. Alot of people asked me why didn't I go to John Amato Nissan where I normally buy my cars from. I explained that I did, but the deal Joe had going for me was overall better then the offer at Amato Nissan. Plus the sales person I worked with at Amato Nissan tried to force me into signing a form to buy the car when I clearly told him that I only wanted to see the numbers and deals they were offering. Overall I got a nice car (2011 Altima 3.5SR), excellent customer service and a great deal. :) More
There actually should be a 6 for going above and beyond. I had a little issue with the navigation and called Sherry but did not leave a message. I figured out by myself what was wrong. Four years ago, while looking for a new car, a coworker recommended that I talk to Sherry at Rosen Nissan. I am so glad that we did! We were greeted by her, like we were old friends. My husband has wanted a truck, and had been looking at a Toyota. He went to Don Jacobs Toyota, to talk to them, and they were extremely rude to him, wouldn't budge on the price, and were so pushy, that he just walked away. He liked the look of the Frontier, so I called Sherry, told her what we were looking for, and made an appointment to see her. She was ready for us, having both of the models ready for us to test drive. She worked numbers with us, and made us an offer that we couldn't refuse, all the while, her name was being paged over the loudspeaker, and other clients were waiting for her. This is our 3rd new vehicle from Rosen and Sherry, and I couldn't be happier. The service department is fantastic! I'm glad that I had the chance to tell Jeff Rosen that myself. We have recommended Rosen & Sherry to many people. I would never go anywhere else. I More
On Saturday March 26, 2011 I visited Rosen Nissan to look for my very first brand new car. I was directed to salesman Devin Spicer. I told him I was interested in the Juke. He asked what features I was looki for my very first brand new car. I was directed to salesman Devin Spicer. I told him I was interested in the Juke. He asked what features I was looking for and he was happy to show me what they had available. Since it was snowing out, he brought the car inside for me to look at and then allowed me to test drive it. When I returned I decided it was the car for me and bought it. He made arrangements to have it detailed and undercoated for me and avialble for pick up on Monday March 28,2011 at noon. When my husband and I arrived to pick it up he asked us to check the car over to make sure everything was to our liking. My husband found a few blemishes and Devin immediately had the car redetailed. Devin also showed me how to use the features in the car as well as hooked up my bluetooth for me. He went over the warranty again, all the manuals and the inspection list. He is a very knowledgable salesman and was very polite.When asked by his manager how Devin treated me I told him he should give him a raise because he did such a good job. So far my experience with Rosen has been a very pleasant experience and I LOVE MY JUKE! Thank you Rosen and especially thank you Devin. More
We bought our 2011 Nissan Murano from Rosen (Kevin Berger) and were very happy with the over all experience we had with both Rosen and Kevin. Kevin even came in on his day off so we could pick up our new car when it was convenient for us. Now that is a salesperson who wants his customers happy. I am 8 months pregnant and we were trying to buy a car that would be suitable for a growing family. I had recently gone through a terrible experience at another local Nissan dealership (Russ Darrow) durin that would be suitable for a growing family. I had recently gone through a terrible experience at another local Nissan dealership (Russ Darrow) during which my husband and I were lied to, manipulated, kept for more than 4 hours only to be told the details of the deal we had agreed on were no longer valid, etc... I was about to look into buying another brand of car when I went to Rosen Nissan in Milwaukee. I simply could not physically or emotionally handle the stress of trying to buy the car we wanted, particularly because of my pregnancy. From the moment we walked into Rosen Nissan to the moment we left (and subsequent follow-ups from the dealership), we were treated like VIPs. They were understanding of my situation, they ensured we were comfortable, they took the time to walk us through every detail and allow us the time we needed to make decisions. They never made us wait or tried to manipulate us into anything beyond what we were comfortable doing. We went home with a car we love and we are so happy that we bought this car from a dealer we genuinely trust and respect now. This was really important to us: that we did not pay money to a dealer that had tried to manipulate us, but rather we purchased our car from people who treated us with respect and thoughtfulness. So, we are thrilled that Rosen Nissan sold us our car and we will continue to go there for Service and all future car needs because they truly earned it. I cannot recommend them enough and particularly the individuals (Sherri, Erdgin, Jeff) who worked with us directly. From Sherri, our INCREDIBLE salesperson to the wonderful finance manager to Jeff Rosen and the rest of their fantastic staff, this was such a perfect and happy experience for us. I'm 8 months pregnant and I couldn't deal with another dealership that would give us the runaround for hours and hours, but Rosen Nissan was completely honest, up-front about all costs and so easy to work with. Everyone at this dealership was very friendly, helpful, courteous as well as professional. I explained what I was looking for in a vehicle and what price and what colors I wanted. I was able to negotiate a price that worked with my budget and Kevin kept me informed as to the availability of the cars. Once I had decided upon a color, they kept me updated as the availability of my vehicle. At the time of delivery, there was no pressure to 'upsell' any features, or services (which I appreciated) and everyone was very thorough. I got a complete tour of the service department; introduced to the service manager and service writers. Jeff Rosen introduced himself to me and told me that I could contact him directly if ever I needed. I also got a complete 'tour' of my new car; including a detailed description of all the features of the car; inside and out. An appointment was set up for my first complementary oil change; and I did receive emails confirming this date as well as an email explaining how to the change the appointment, if need be. I have receive several follow-up phone calls, from the dealership and Kevin to ensure that things were progressing smoothly. I am very impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of this dealership. I believe they 'left no stone unturned' in this experience. I have already recommended this dealership to my friends and neighbors. More
