I would like to say that Nihad gave all he had to make sure I was able to purchase a used car in excellent condition for the money I had to spend. He found a SUV at a Rosen lot in Illinois that I really was interested in. On Saturday, Nov 26, 2011 we made a deal on a 2004 Hunydia Santa Fe. Nihad said that it would be in Milwaukee on Monday and they would inspect it for safety, we could then finish the paper work later Monday. The drivers for Rosen were pretty busy on Monday and were not able to deliver the Santa Fe that day. Nihad, knowing that I was a little disappointed, went to Illinois himself early on Tuesday morning to drive it up and get the inspection done. I appreciate the fact that he went the extra "mile" with customer service. But, to his dismay, the Santa Fe could not be certified as it had some leakage in the main seal and gear box area. Thank you Rosen and the state of Wisconsin for requiring the inspection be done prior to purchases. Nihad and the manager worked hard to find me another car. I drove away in a 2002 Nissan Maxima. The experience we received from the get-go at Rosen Nissan was no less than exemplary. When we arrived the parking lot was full, as there was a promotion going on. Our immediate reaction was the preconceived notion that the service would probably be off because of the distraction. That was far from true. What we were about to experience was extraordinary. When the parking attendant learned we had an appointment with you he personally made sure we found parking. Once inside you immediately focused your complete attention on us as though we were the only customers there at the time and obviously given the hectic nature of the promotion that was not the case. After our exchange you put us in the very capable hands of Sherri Foote. Sherri began by listening, with empathy, to the story of the hair raising route we had to take to the dealership. She immediately put us at ease by telling me she would have one of her co-workers lead us to the freeway for the return home. In hindsight, she was so smart to address it immediately so we could relax and give her our full attention. We found Sherri to be professional, attentive, enthusiastic, resourceful, productive, and efficient. She took the time to establish a relationship and create rapport with us. Sherri displayed a genuine customer friendly attitude which was evidenced through her notable communication skills. She kept us informed of everything that she was doing every step of the way. With that being said we would like to commend you for the unbelievable gap that you have created between you and your competitors. You not only have to hold customer service high as an individual by having a customer friendly attitude, but you as the owner, also have to ensure that all who work for you do the same. Very fast sell.Picked up car the next day and Kevin took 2 hours in show us all the bells and whistles program are cell phones to the bluetooth device and program the personal settings for both of us. The owner came and thank us as did the manager. I would go back in a heart beat to do business with rosen again. More
