Not personal This was my 3rd service visit for my Rogue I bought in July and the service department still doesn't have records on my vehicle I bought there. They always say they are "updating " their systems. Due to some snafu during vehicle closing, I was offered 3 free oil changes rather than the standard one. I had to remind them of this on my second visit, and said they wouldn't forget next time. Well guess what? Frustrated, I just paid...I'll go elsewhere for future service. Nice people in service, but I need a more personal touch. More

Unprofessional It is impossible to get a service appointment (messages left during the day but no phone calls were returned). Overall, not a good experience. I will be driving out to Zimbrick Nissan for service in the future. More

Due to the extent of the work being done I was given a rental car at no cost to me. The assistant service manager went over the work they planned to do for me and gave me an accurate quote on the coast. The service staff was helpful, pleasant and polite. More
