Great service I brought my Altima in late on Thursday and they had someone come in early to look at my car. Great service on vehicle and followup with customer Today I brought my daughter's vehicle in to have a rim and tire replaced. Since the original was damaged, the service agent advised the wheels may nee Today I brought my daughter's vehicle in to have a rim and tire replaced. Since the original was damaged, the service agent advised the wheels may need alignment which they would check. The service time was estimated at 90 minutes to 2 hours. 90 minutes later, the vehicle was ready, no re-alignment had been necessary, a multi-point inspection had been performed and the car was washed. Bill explained the work performed and answered my questions about inflation amounts, how they had all been checked and reset, expansion during hot and cold weather with expected deviations in TPMS numbers, and the fact that my spare "donut" tire was not a 'throwaway' and still very good to use as the spare. Although the spare is not quite as big as the 19" tires on an Altima Platinum, its higher profile made for a smooth ride with the low profile 19" on the other three wheels. After receiving the vehicle, I realized I could no longer find the instrument panel screen with the tire inflations on it so Frantz worked with me to show me all the screen menus and options, showing some that I previously had never seen. I was impressed with the service, performance, and friendliness of all I encountered. The service entrance is one of the nicest I've ever seen and must be a pleasure to work in. Taking a vehicle to a dealership for work is like going to a doctor's visit - you worry if you go for one thing, you'll be talked into having something else treated which may or may not be necessary. I was impressed that this dealership's service department did just exactly what I needed to have done, and no more. They took more time and gave better explanations than most doctors also! I would definitely recommend this service department to others. More
