This dealers service shop is awful. The latest incident is I took my car in for a slight leak and they returned it to me pouring out oil. When I questioned their work they insisted I ne The latest incident is I took my car in for a slight leak and they returned it to me pouring out oil. When I questioned their work they insisted I needed other things fixed to stop the leak. They made me spend almost $3,000 to fix other leaks, and the huge leak was still there from their work that was done wrong. So they redid it, fixed their mistake, but they had already charged me $3,000. Then when they tried to program a key for my vehicle, first they ordered the wrong one, and then when they got the right one they programmed it wrong and blew out the module. So they asked me for $2,000 more to get a new module. At that point I junked the vehicle. These people will make mistakes over and over and charge you more and more for them. They will not take responsibility for their work. When they do bad work they still want to make huge profit off of you, instead of accepting a loss. When I came home a few days later and told my neighbor about my experience at Rosen Kia, he told me that the Rosen Nissan right next door wanted $6,000 to rebuild his transmission. Instead he went to a small time mechanic who does work out of his own garage. The small time mechanic new that he just needed a new sensor for $300. So Rosen Nissan would have charged $6,000 for a transmission and not fixed the problem! Stay as far as you can away from the Rosen "family". They want you to be part of their "family" so they can profit off of you. In the end, I was 6 weeks without my vehicle, they gave me a loaner only one week of that time. They returned my car to me three times leaking oil like a sieve. They literally do not check their work when they finish with a vehicle. They don't care if you're recovering from surgery and can't get groceries cuz you don't have a car. They will have your car sitting in their shop for a week at a time without even looking at it. Stay far away from this place! More
If I could give less than 1 star i would. .. Kia was stolen. over $7200 in damage. complete lack of communication over the 3 week process. Then when i finally picked up my car, the had put .. Took my newly leased Kia Seltos in for 6 month maintenance and the service department charged me for a 5000 mile service call. I was told because dirt gets in the air from construction work. Very pleased with the work that was done on my 2017 KiaSoul. Some what disappointed waiting 2 weeks for a service appointment. If my car was not under warranty I would have look into taking it to anoth KiaSoul. Some what disappointed waiting 2 weeks for a service appointment. Emergency repair before a 1000 mile trip This really happened. Planned to drive from Milwaukee to New Jersey on 12/28. I had our KIA Rio serviced on 12/19, all good to go. On 12/27, at This really happened. Planned to drive from Milwaukee to New Jersey on 12/28. I had our KIA Rio serviced on 12/19, all good to go. On 12/27, at 3 PM, check engine light went on. Called service rep Ryan, and he was able to get me into the shop within the hour!, Service tech Steve diagnosed the issue, fixed the issue completely, and I was back on the road in less that 2 hours! Just incredible service and care! I have never had that high level of service at any dealer I've ever been to. We started our 13 hour car trip to NJ the next day. Thanks much to Advisor Ryan and Service tech Steve as well. This is the gold standard definition of customer service. I am a loyal customer for that alone! Made it to New Jersey on Friday without a single issue! I cannot be more please with my KIA, and especially my decision to buy it and have it serviced at Roesn KIA. More
Rosen Kia dealership is the WORST. So last year in June I bought a 2007 Toyota Sequoia. I was promised if I bought the truck that they would fix the rust spots, fix a spot that was mis So last year in June I bought a 2007 Toyota Sequoia. I was promised if I bought the truck that they would fix the rust spots, fix a spot that was missing paint and the passenger door, & get my 2nd key made. They also talked me into buying a 2 year warranty with the promise that I wouldn't have to pay a diagnostic fee & only pay a $100 deductible if they were to fix my truck. They refuse to look at my truck because I won't pay a $100 diagnostic fee. I told them why would I pay that when I can go to wild Toyota and get it done for free. So now I've purchased a 2 year warranty through rosen that I can't even use because they won't look at my truck. It's a shame it took 14 months in one bad review for anyone from rosen to reach out to even see how I felt about the vehicle. And when they finally reached out to me they said they were going to make sure everything got done. But then right after the conversation asked me can you please take the review down. I told them I would gladly take to review down when they hold up their end of the bargain. I just feel like is soon is rosen got their $20000 check from the bank they no longer cared about holding up their end of the bargain. Then when I went to speak to the used car manager Chris carpenter " Who has only been there for one year" Was rude and very khaki for no reason like it was my fault they didn't deliver their end of the bargain 14 months later. So here I am 14 months later finally got the rust fix but I still haven't got my 2nd key they still won't look at my truck to see if whatever's wrong with it falls under the warranty. It's like they're purposely procrastinating in wasting time so they can just stand back and say hey your 2 year warranty is expired. If you want to buy a used car where the people really do what they say they're going to do go to WildeToyota. I bought 5 vehicles from wild Toyota and I have never been blatantly ignored the way I have at rosen. Rosen kiya is a joke... & absolute joke... And if you do buy a vehicle from rosen make sure you do not buy your 2 year warranty that they will make sure you buy because you won't be able to use it. It's not a joke and I'm not playing when I say I wouldn't take a FREE vehicle from these people. I am literally going to trade this truck in and take the loss just so I don't have to deal with rosen anymore... ROSEN KIA is the WORST dealership when it comes to customer service... Bad service I purchased a new Nissan ultima and had great service from Sam simmers. My car was only a week old and I went around a corner and both my drivers side I purchased a new Nissan ultima and had great service from Sam simmers. My car was only a week old and I went around a corner and both my drivers side tires popped. I got our and checked the road and there was nothing in the road to cause this to happen . all pressures were around 50. I then had to pay 70.00 to have my car towed to Rosen.I talked to a service tech and he told me the tires won't come in till Tuesday but I had to pay for them. I asked to talk to the owner and was told he was in Greece. On Tuesday a lady called to inquire about Sam and the sale and I told her my problem and she said the sevice manager would call me and he never did. On Monday I called and now the service manager is not there but my tires are. I stopped by on Sunday before and there my car sat where I left it flat tires and all. Unable to talk to anyone of authority and being treated rudely by the tech I payed my 473.00 for 2 tires that were a week old. I then had to ask the service person to put my tires on so I could get my car. Buying this car was a nice experience but once I signed the contract the niceness was gone. I will go to another Nissan dealer to have my car serviced because of poor service. Paying the 473.00 was crazy. More
Miss lug nuts after a tire rotation AGAIN!!!!! This is the second time I have taken my care in for a tire rotation and one of the wheels was missing 2 lugs nuts! Failed engine 1 year after having the car 3 lug nuts missing on driver side back tired after a tire rotation 2 lug nuts missing on my front driver side after a tire rotation. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE AGAIN! If you can get a great deal on your car, cool, but DO NOT TAKE IT THERE FOR SERVICE. I had another review on here or the 1st time my lug nuts went missing. Magically it isn't there anymore. Interesting More
