I baught both a Nissan Pathfinder and a Haundi Elauntra from Jeff Rosen, VP of Rosen Nissan in Milwaukee, WI. If you are looking for a great priced car go there. Our Pathfinder was used and when we baught from Jeff Rosen, VP of Rosen Nissan in Milwaukee, WI. If you are looking for a great priced car go there. Our Pathfinder was used and when we baught it the onboard DVD player did not work properly, so Rosen replaced it with a brand new model with a larger screen and many more features at no cost to us. He also gave me a great deal on a remote start for my Pathfinder. My wife and I both have a recent bankruptsy and Jeff Rosen was able to secure us a loan directly through Nissan Motor Corp. (not some no-name bank) at a better interest rate than Ive ever had. Jeff Rosen also threw in free gap coverage and oil changes for life Rosen has a state of the art Nissan service center right down the road from my house. I was amazed. In the breif time I was there I must have seen Jeff Rosen help 6 customers. The secret to his success is obviously his hands-on approach towards helping his staff and customers. Thanks for everything Rosen!! More
My fiancee and I went to Rosen to, as we explicitly explained to them, see the financing OPTIONS that they might make available to us. We explained that we were not in the mode to purchase the car that explained to them, see the financing OPTIONS that they might make available to us. We explained that we were not in the mode to purchase the car that evening, but we wanted to see what options they could give us. We were at the dealer a total of 5 hours. They had to test drive my car that I wanted for a trade-in, which I had never heard of. They took a $100 "down-payment" from us, which was apparently totally refundable but needed to be processed in order to run the credit check, and made us wait and wait well into the eveing. Once we were finally able to talk about financing, it was not only 10:30 p.m. (2.5 hours after closing), but it was clear that they had already SET UP the loan without even bringing up the subject of what our monthly costs would be, which was the sole purpose of our visit. The person in charge of financing was talking about taking my title for my trade in when we finally lost it and said we needed to leave. After much bullying and disagreement he finally let us go. We were ready to leave, only to find out they had already TRANSFERRED THE PLATES off of my old car, onto this Kia that I hadn't even officially purchased yet. Never ever again will I go back to this dealer, stay away from them. More
I had an excellent experience with Rosen Nissan...the service I received was top notch, and I got a great deal on my new Murano...will definitely come back to purchase my next car. service I received was top notch, and I got a great deal on my new Murano...will definitely come back to purchase my next car. I have been to dozens of dealerships and the Rosen in Milwaukee, the 27th St location, is by far the worst, bar none. We dealt with a total of 5 different salespeople within a span of 45 minutes because Milwaukee, the 27th St location, is by far the worst, bar none. We dealt with a total of 5 different salespeople within a span of 45 minutes because they would initially help us then disappeared and never came back. We finally test drove a Nissan but didn't like it. When we returned from the test drive, of course the salesman last helping us was nowhere to be found and by that time we just wanted to get out of there. So I dropped the keys off with another salesperson and said we'd keep on looking. What happened next was certainly a surprise. A Rosen employee who was standing next to the door told us we had to wait for our salesperson, I explained to him that we really weren't interested in looking anymore here and were done for the day. As I started to walk past him through the door he placed his arm across the door blocking us in and said "Go sit down and wait for him [the salesman]." I was dumbfounded to say the least. After the surprise wore off, I let him know kindly that his arm wouldn't prevent us from leaving and he finally relented. The worst part of all this was that the owner of that location (the guy with the silly look and voice in the commercials) was standing no further than 6 feet away from us, and he was stood there watching the whole thing. So if you want to feel bullied and intimidated into buying a car and have all the joy of buying a new car taken away from you, then Rosen is the place for you. More
Bought a used Altima that was supposedly thoroughly inspected. I noticed it leaked coolant and was met with stiff resistance, denial, and hostility when I asked to return the car. I persisted and final inspected. I noticed it leaked coolant and was met with stiff resistance, denial, and hostility when I asked to return the car. I persisted and finally got my money back, but their attitude demonstrated that should a customer problem arise, they will be anything but helpful. More
