Troubles with their Finance Department I thought I was going to have a great car buying experience, but the dealer's financial department has caused me headaches and regrets. I took the K I thought I was going to have a great car buying experience, but the dealer's financial department has caused me headaches and regrets. I took the Kia Financing in order to earn a car back bonus, but am still experiencing issues that's costing me. I was talked into an extended warranty that I regretted a few days later. I came into the dealership to cancel the warranty (over $2000), filled out the paperwork and signed off. I was told it might take up to 6 weeks to see the adjusted amount through Kia Finance. So, I waited three monthy statements but no adjustment. I contacted Kia Finance and learned that no cancellation was received. Because I am out if town, I asked them to contact the dealership to confirm that I indeed cancelled it, but Rosen can't seem to find a copy. No one from the dealership has been in contact me even after many emails on my part. The warranty company is the only one helping me try to solve this. As of today, I'm still waiting. So, it seems that after the sale of my car closed, I no longer received quality customer support from Rosen Kia of Milwaukee. I feel their financial department is untrustworthy, and I won't buy at Rosen Kia in the future because of this department. I feel cheated. More
