I had my car in for its final oil change and had some questions about my lease end. I was informed of the end-of-year specials, and John Bappert (my sales guy) was very patient with me as I test drove a couple cars, considered lots of options, and asked lots of questions. John was a pleasure to work with and was very personable. I didn't feel any unexpected pressure to buy (this is sales we're talking about... they wouldn't be doing their job if they weren't trying everything they could to close the sale!) and felt respected the whole process. They actually had me in and out in less than 5 hours including test drives - WOW! In the past it's been a whole day process. LOVE my new Kia Sorento, and definitely will start shopping for my 4th car at Rosen when the time comes. More

The price was as quoted and did not increase when we went in to do the paperwork (as had happened previously to us at another dealer). John found us the car we wanted and we felt the price was fair. Win-Win. Anthony also helped answer some of our questions and kudos to the staff who completed the paperwork with us on purchase day. Again, there was no pressure. That was huge.
