My Tuscon has 90,500 miles on it. I was returning from the city yesterday and coming off the tollway, the engine shut down. Although it started up immediately, I wanted to have it checked out.I called ea the city yesterday and coming off the tollway, the engine shut down. Although it started up immediately, I wanted to have it checked out.I called early this morning and Kyle listened to my description of the problem and suggested I bring it in. He greeted my husband and I pleasantly and called up our previous service history. He reassured us that the service team would run diagnostics and would call us to discuss their findings.We inquired about what check up should come at 90,000 and he shared that info with us. After receiving his good news after the service team checked out the car, we said to go ahead with the 90,000 mi ckeck up. When I picked up the car, I was greeted again by Kyle, who proceeded to review the service report with me. Kyle's service, along with the fine quality of workmanship the service department consistently provides are reasons we continue to do business with Rosen. In the next year I hope to purchase another Hyundai; I look forard to doing business with you again. More
With no appointment, I was greeted by Jamie Edwards, who not only took care of me immediately, but put me in a vehicle while mine was being worked on; he explained in detail the issues with my car. His knowledge, concern for my safety and his ability to make me feel comforted in a time of crisis was not only a sign of compassion, but that he truly was looking out for me. This was also an indication that he genuinely has the customers best interest at heart, we need to have more people like Jamie working for their customers, not just interested in taking their money. Upon picking up my car, he thanked me for my patience, when I was the one that was so thankful. Jamie should be acknowledged for a job well done, and some of the other employees should take note of his professionalism and follow his lead. More
Jamie was very professional, empathetic and understanding of the issues we were having with our car. The other service tech (im not sure of his name) was very unprofessional and jamie took the reigns over a of the issues we were having with our car. The other service tech (im not sure of his name) was very unprofessional and jamie took the reigns over and solved our issues quickly and professionally. it is a joke that these two people work in the same shop due to the fact that they are polar opposites. The managerial staff needs to look into the people he works with, because jamie cannot plug the sinking ship on his own. More

I bought my car new in 2004 and have been coming for service to Rosen ever since. Everyone I've dealt with have been great. Kyle Monteith has gone above and beyond for me on several occasions and trea service to Rosen ever since. Everyone I've dealt with have been great. Kyle Monteith has gone above and beyond for me on several occasions and treats me like a very valued customer. I guess the best way to describe it is I feel like he has my back and wants me to feel secure with my vehicle. I now work an hour away from the Dealership but still bring my car in there every 3 months for scheduled maintenance. I just couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I took my Elantra in when it failed emissions testing, and was satisfied with the service. They pointed out that the power steering line was seeping and should be replaced. When I called to make the appointment, I explained that I would need a loaner. The first appointment I could get with a loaner was more than a week away, but I gladly scheduled and waited. Meanwhile I got a nice coupon in the mail that would have saved me some money. Awesome! When I got there for my appointment, there were 4 cars ahead of me. It was 20 minutes before I even talked to a service writer. A little frustrating, this is gonna make me late for work. After waiting a week for the appointment and 20 minutes to talk to the service writer, I mentioned the loaner. He looks shocked and gets up to check a list. Then promptly tells me the loaner program was cancelled! Funny cuz a gentleman 3 cars in front of me left with one! I again told him I made the apt with the understanding that a loaner would be available. He has no explanation and the only suggestion he had was he could call Enterprise and I could rent a car. I was already late for work and frustrated. I left the dealership without the service and was late for work. What a frustrating way to start the day. While I had previously decided that any future work I needed would be done by Rosen, this experience might just change my mind. I wrote a letter to the dealership to complain and they didn't even care enough to respond! Great Customer Service! More
