When I brought my vehicle in, there was no damage to the windshield and when I got it back, there was a crack on it. Owner Scott Levy, flat out said he was not paying for the windshield. Fixed Right the First Time I purchased a 2018 Genesis G90 in January 2018. The AM radio reception was atrocious - what little could be heard over the static. I told Patti, the service advisor, I wanted to speak to the person who was going to perform the work. Dan called me and explained the procedures he was going to employ, which included removing several interior panels. I was extremely apprehensive that the result would be squeaks and rattles. Within a week of the repair being completed I drove the car to Florida. The radio worked perfectly, no squeaks and no rattles. I have been accused of being more than a little picky. I examined the interior panels that were removed and had Dan not told me they had been removed and reinstalled I would not know they had been removed. More

Rude treatment! He never reviewed the work to be done. When completed. He said sign here and that was it. No discussion of what was done. It's hard to convey how rude he was when I arrived. Steven told me he could have someone drive me home but I did not need it.I came back in three hours and forty five minutes and the call was waiting for me. My exit was quick. If there was one concern, my keys were left in my unattended unlocked car which questions their commitment to security. More
