The dealer was very quick with my oil change which was great. I was there at 7am and out the door by 740am, however, I made one request to the lady who initially took possession of my car because my tires great. I was there at 7am and out the door by 740am, however, I made one request to the lady who initially took possession of my car because my tires have nitrogen in them so I specifically said DO NOT touch the tires with any regular air and they did anyways. I asked the guy who brought me my car if they touched it and he said no even though clearly on the paperwork it said they did, so he lied. Then I called back to let them know of the mistake and the lady who answered instead of apologizing when I asked them not to do something and they did it anyways she said, “oh it doesn’t matter it’s fine”. Idc if you think it’s fine, I specifically said DO NOT do it and you did anyways and then lied to me about it when I asked. I even took a picture of the tire pressure numbers when I brought it in and they were all higher when I left. Service was great, I would just prefer not to be lied to my face and also listen to the customer when they specifically ask you not to touch something. More
Brent in service was very helpful in getting my car in as soon as it arrived via tow. Jamahl Mumford kept me abreast of what was going on with my car, what they found, cost, and completion. I had my leased GV60 serviced by the Genesis service department of this dealership. Patti B coordinated the service pickup and return. I was provided a new G70 for the day my car was serviced. So disappointing! This used to be the only safe place in town for a woman to take her car for service without feeling they were out to oversell every repair. I've had my cars serviced here for nearly 10 years (3rd Hyundai). This time, I can't even get a hold of anyone. They have had my car for several days and they won't give me so much as a call or email to let me know when they can make time to even look at it. I guess they have too much business. Sorry to have contributed to that problem. I won't make that mistake again. More
Very disappointed in the overall customer experience concerning recalls from the Hyundai company. We have been dealing with an engine recall (car #1) that has been 1.5 years of back and forth...still no concerning recalls from the Hyundai company. We have been dealing with an engine recall (car #1) that has been 1.5 years of back and forth...still not fixed. It was told to us originally that 3 tests were to be performed (at the 1,000 mile mark), then a new engine was supposed to be put in. We're at approximately 15 visits and still not repaired as of today. A loner vehicle is in our driveway now, but as we were told "It was our lucky day to get one of those", since they often do not have enough loner cars available. We have spent money on rental cars due to this issue, since it is not safe to drive our "recalled car" long distances (oil leaks and burns causing smoke/unable to reach 30mph). As of today, we are told that it may not be a couple months for this issue to be resolved. Unacceptable!!! Approval from Hyundai????? How much approval is necessary???? It's been over a year and a half & we have done everything they have said to do???? Car #2-went in for a recall, which was supposedly a free fix. We were told it was repaired and we left the lot and then the check engine went on (immediately went back to the service station). Check engine light never turned off. Took in again the next week and we were told that my car needs $1400 to fix, to correct the check engine issue. Funny, the check engine problem was never an issue, prior to going to get fixed for the recall. The check engine light is still on!!! We have bought 3 cars at Rosen Hyundai and unfortunately, this experience has not been good for our last 2 cars. Hopefully others will not have to experience this complete waste of time, money and stress...for cars that have recalls. Who there is in charge of getting cars fixed???????? More
Had never got any help. Was a recall of rusting rear frame never got notified. The radio had a fault which always made the battery go dead ..... they looked said it's fine ... B.S.
