When I sent emails asking questions Jon Muehl at Rosen Hyundai provided great customer service! He followed up with me up to and after my purchase. When I sent emails asking questions he promptly answered them which was important to me because I like others have a busy life and many times it is more convenient to do business via email. I never felt like I was being pushed into something I did not want. I also have a friend who purchased a Hyundai last year. She went to a dealership closer the where she lives and was not happy with the customer service she was receiving. She ended up going to Rosen Hyundai and left with a new car. She said the customer service at Rosen's was like day and night compared to the first dealership she went to.
