Overall, good service. I brought my vehicle here for regular maintenance (oil change and tire rotation). The staff was friendly. The missed stars are because I think they rushed through their checklist and marked items as complete that they didn’t check (e.g. tire pressure on the sheet said it was checked and filled to 35psi, I get in the car and the car says all tires are at 29psi). Just makes me wonder what else may have been overlooked. More

Monika coordinated my service. She was very pleasant and easy to comunicate with. I had a transfer case oil leak and the extended warranty company decided to go next higher assembl She was very pleasant and easy to comunicate with. I had a problem with the replacement and Monika coordinated with the warranty company for a second replacement which so far is working fine. More
