From the first phone call to the signing of the final papers I was treated with respect. I was not made to feel like I was being pressured into a purchase. I told them what I was looking to accomplish in terms of car and how much I wanted to put down and what my payment i was willing to accept. They came up with some options that I felt were fair. The sales team was great, and the financing person I worked with (Dan) was helpful and did his best to move us out of there while making sure we were comfortable with the paperwork we were signing. Though we went on a Saturday and the dealership was VERY busy (our salesman was working with at least three different people), they made an effort to make sure we were comfortable and felt attended to. My wife had bought her previous car from Rosen and was all for us going back there, and now I see why. I will always go to them first if I'm ever in the market for a Hyundai again. It was a breath of fresh air after having a very disheartening experience at a local dealer in Sycamore. More
After having what seemed like a great experience with Jon - no hassle, fantastic price (the reason I made the 40-mile trip), they were to order my car to come in 2-3 weeks, up to 4-6. Three weeks later, Jason calls me and tells me they can't find my car, and Jon's no longer with them. I ask them to keep looking, and Jason never calls me back after saying he would. He also doesn't return my calls. A week later I finally get in touch with him, and he passes me on to the Sales manager. The sales manager says it's appalling that I have been dealt with that way, and that he'll try to get the car, and he's going to handle me from now on and will call me back the next day. Two weeks pass and I never hear from him. Finally I call Hyundai's corporate headquarters to find about the color I want, they finally patch me through to Tony, the new internet sales manager. After a week, Tony finally says he can order me a car, but it's blue (I wanted purple) with leather (I wanted cloth) and without bluetooth (I wanted bluetooth) for $500 more than my original quote. "Oh the bluetooth, well, I wanted to get you the cheapest car I could..." Completely unhelpful, kept jerking me around on the price - he would say one price on the phone and then e-mail me another (even though I had written down the price so I knew it was wrong) - it was completely outrageous. I finally bought my car NO-HASSLE from Ettleson. More

We must be going to two different Rosen Hyundai dealerships. I bought a 2004 SanteFe in 12/03. I shopped 14 dealers (Phone & Fax) and they gave me the best price. They beat the interest rate on the financing I had lined up.<br><br>This Saturday I'm picking up a new Elantra. Again they gave me the best price from 7 dealers. I call Scott, he tells me the price, it's been the lowest by far on two separate cars. I sign the paper, take the car home. No problems, no hassles, great deal and I'm treated like a friend. If I get treated any differently this Saturday, I will ammend this review. More
