Patrick the internet manager was the best. From the first email until we drove off in the car Patrick was gracious and accomidating to all of our needs.He also responded to all of my phone calls and emails i email until we drove off in the car Patrick was gracious and accomidating to all of our needs.He also responded to all of my phone calls and emails in a very timely manner. Patrick also took the time wheeling me around his parking lot in my wheel chair to make sure I was happy with my color choice, he then pulled up multiple cars to make sure I felt comfortable in the car. Patrick also took the time during my test drive to stand behind the car so I could see how the back up camera worked. He took the time to follow up with all of my thousands of questions with honesty and professionalism. This was my first hyundai and it will not be my last. Patrick also was very patient explaining my bluetooth system and my blue link, both of which are great. I will recommend this dealership to anyone who will listen. Patrick made the car buying experience enjoyable which is a rare thing. More

I took my Elantra in when it failed emissions testing, and was satisfied with the service. They pointed out that the power steering line was seeping and should be replaced. When I called to make the appointment, I explained that I would need a loaner. The first appointment I could get with a loaner was more than a week away, but I gladly scheduled and waited. Meanwhile I got a nice coupon in the mail that would have saved me some money. Awesome! When I got there for my appointment, there were 4 cars ahead of me. It was 20 minutes before I even talked to a service writer. A little frustrating, this is gonna make me late for work. After waiting a week for the appointment and 20 minutes to talk to the service writer, I mentioned the loaner. He looks shocked and gets up to check a list. Then promptly tells me the loaner program was cancelled! Funny cuz a gentleman 3 cars in front of me left with one! I again told him I made the apt with the understanding that a loaner would be available. He has no explanation and the only suggestion he had was he could call Enterprise and I could rent a car. I was already late for work and frustrated. I left the dealership without the service and was late for work. What a frustrating way to start the day. While I had previously decided that any future work I needed would be done by Rosen, this experience might just change my mind. I wrote a letter to the dealership to complain and they didn't even care enough to respond! Great Customer Service! More

Jasper showed us both the Elantra and Sonata, allowing us to test drive both while explaining features and differences between them. He skillfully answered any questions we had and made sure any concerns we had were addressed immediately. We were at the dealership so long, he also fed us from some groceries he had purchased earlier in the day. He had such a friendly, engaging approach to helping us that we felt completely comfortable in making this purchase. He was also very helpful in getting us a good deal on our trade in a great final price on the car. From beginning to end it was a pleasure working with him. More

My husband and I were looking for a used car in the $10,000.00 range and Greg quickly pointed out the ones in our price range and we took the Accent for a ride. We then came back to the dealership the next day, after researching, and bought the vehicle. We were both very pleased with the management and Greg. They treated us very nicely and we didn't feel pressured at all. The only thing that we thought could have been better is the wait to get into the finance office. While we were waiting Greg talked with us and it helped as he is a very nice guy to talk too. Greg and his manager were very patient with us as we discussed the purchase of the vehicle. When we got into the finance office it was very quick and entertaining. We really enjoyed buying our pre-owned car at Rosen. I will be passing Greg's name and the great experience we had at Rosen Hyandai to my family and friends. This was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Great Job Guys!!! More
