Monika coordinated my service. She was very pleasant and easy to comunicate with. I had a transfer case oil leak and the extended warranty company decided to go next higher assembl She was very pleasant and easy to comunicate with. I had a transfer case oil leak and the extended warranty company decided to go next higher assembly and replace the whole transfer case. I had a problem with the replacement and Monika coordinated with the warranty company for a second replacement which so far is working fine. More
