Give Tri-City an Opportunity: They EARNED our Business! My husband recently changed jobs and, consequently, our vehicle needs changed. Basically, he went from driving 75 miles/week to 300+ miles/week for h My husband recently changed jobs and, consequently, our vehicle needs changed. Basically, he went from driving 75 miles/week to 300+ miles/week for his work commute. We exhaustively researched vehicles and set our sights on a 2015 Sonata 2.4 Sport. It offered a perfect combination of features, fuel economy, comfort (My husband is 6'3"/300 lbs. and spends a lot of time on the road so this was really important.), and style. We also decided to lease this time as our vehicle needs will likely change again in a few years. Curt and Dan Richards were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. We purchased a Hyundai Entourage from Curt through the Arrow location a few years ago and were thoroughly pleased with his professionalism and integrity. Curt and Dan listened to our needs and we're not pushy. They also would not be undersold as we accepted several bids from a few dealerships in the area; suffice to say, they hit our target on the financial end of things. The other aspect to note is that we've used Tri-City for service on our other vehicles for a number of years. This was a significant factor in choosing Tri-City for a vehicle purchase/lease. Zach, Kevin, Kyle, and the service team are worth their weight in gold. My husband has turned wrenches on cars for over 20 years but our current work and family schedules really don't leave much time for him to maintain our vehicles like he did in the past. He does not let just anyone work on our vehicles and he knows exactly what the service dept. people are telling him from a technical/mechanical perspective when they talk. The trust we've built with Zach, Kevin, and Kyle is outstanding and the service received on our vehicles has been beyond excellent. The professionalism and positive, customer-service oriented attitude from all of the employees we've worked with has been wonderful. We also encourage the dealer owners to take note of this. You have some great people at Tri-City Hyundai and you better believe it was a factor in our decision-making process. More
