That isn't fair as a customer it is bad business to tell the customer a gift card with no expiration is no longer valid. I don't trust Honda anymore!. More

MVP Card I had just about $125.00 on my mvp card and was told they were no longer honored with the new ownership. I was given a MVP gift card of $1 First of all, Robert in service did an outstanding job but I cannot give a five star rating dude to All-Star Honda. I was given a MVP gift card of $150 at the time of purchase to use towards service or parts department. According to the dealer all gift cards were no longer honored and have been closed dude to new ownership. I understand the ownership change but everything is still being operated under the All-Star name. New owner should honor or have the prior owner a refund for the remaining balance. I will not be coming back to this dealership in the future for my service, nor for my next purchase. More

He let me know my options and honored a coupon that I received in the mail, reducing the overall cost of the oil change.
