They cant even change oil right Took my 2011 CRV in for an oil change after one-month CRV started making weird noise when starting almost like a grinding gear, oil light flashed on a Took my 2011 CRV in for an oil change after one-month CRV started making weird noise when starting almost like a grinding gear, oil light flashed on and off. So I turn the car off check the oil.... bone dry. called All-Star Honda to get a run around on how you would have noticed it right away if we didn't add oil... CRV says I should have 60% oil life. I took it to a dealership for an oil change xxx?? Can't trust them to do the most simple tasks. this is not the first time. Last time it went in for an alignment and came back with gouges in the dash from the service tech. Luckily we saw it before we left the shop they tried to deny damage to the dash but ended up admitting it was the service tech and replaced the plastic panels. Now they are playing the same game after service tech didn't add oil back to the CRV. also, check BBB for reviews nothing good on there. check google reviews add oil to reviews and see everyone with the same problem.. MVP my A$$ Bought a new 2018 crv and was given an MVP card valued at $150. I tried to redeem it for some wiper blades today and was told since the dealer ship ch Bought a new 2018 crv and was given an MVP card valued at $150. I tried to redeem it for some wiper blades today and was told since the dealer ship changed hands last August that the current owners of Allstar won’t honor them. I was told that they were in legal talks with the old owners about this program and they would at some point possibly honor them. But with no timeline or guarantee that they actually would redeem them. I was then given a story about McDonald’s not having to opt into programs with ownership changes. The parts guy was most helpful (even offered a free wiper insert ) and stated he hated that the company won’t honor them. The service advisors he talked to seemed annoyed by the mention of an MVP card too. The sales “ manager” (Richard/ edwardo? Don’t remember) was rude and very condescending once we started talking about the card. I was told I was telling lies and I didn’t know what I was talking about. He had more excuses than answers. Hard to believe that the new/old owners wouldn’t have know about this program since most of the employees are the same and the dealerships name is the same. I will now take my CRV over to Honda city for my service. Never again “allstar”, another big middle finger to you. More

He made a bad experience turn into a good one. I would stop in to see him next time I need to make a purchase More

The gentlemen that answered the phone when I was scheduling an appointment with very friendly and personable. He did a great job of handling the scheduling of my appointment and directed me to the correct department for further questions I had. These questions were answered promptly. When I arrived Alex took care of me and my cars needs from start to finish. He did a great job of explaining my options. As well as giving me a reasonable timeline of what to expect of my cars maintenance needs for the near future. Alex and the rest of the staff were great and very friendly. More
