This response is about what I would have expected. No name to response to, just “ the team”. Then when I call in a can get the same run around I got in person, just over the phone. As I told your so called manager when I left, the only way I’ll ever step foot in your dealership is if you stand behind your word and redeem the MVP card I was given when I purchased the car from you.
