Caught in steeling parts -Upper Managment Involved I had done major service on this location on my Honda Odyssey back on August 2016. I paid for full amount and brought the van Home. While checking, I I had done major service on this location on my Honda Odyssey back on August 2016. I paid for full amount and brought the van Home. While checking, I found some dirt on my dash board compartment which holds one of the air filter. I tried to open the compartment but it was not opening. I immediately (with in 30 minutes) take the van to service department and asked them about it. They told me that it was like that they are not able to open it. I asked them why I was not informed on the spot and why the filter was not installed, they told me they forgot to tell me. I asked them how you get forget something which I have paid already. They charged me for the filter but it was never installed as they could not open the compartment. When I went and talk to service manager, he seems to be looking drunk and had a very bad behavior. I am not sure why such a big multination company can put such type person on this position. I have been serviced my Hondas on this location since they started the business but I will avoid them in the future. This Honda location can’t be trusted (no use to talk to the management) for sure so be careful with them. More

Thieves and Liars! I bought my car here without incident a couple months ago, and returned recently due to a leak in my tire. Preparing for the worst (i.e. a leak in th I bought my car here without incident a couple months ago, and returned recently due to a leak in my tire. Preparing for the worst (i.e. a leak in the wall which would require a replacement tire) I made sure the bag containing the wheel lock keys for my Civic was in my glove box. Luckily for me the source of the problem was a nail in the tread, so I just needed a plug. A few minutes after leaving the shop I discovered that the aforementioned bag had disappeared from my glove box, and called in to find out what had happened/set up a time for me to pick them up. The staff (Alex) told me the bag wasn't removed from my car, that I must be mistaken, and put me in contact with his manager Bill. Neither one of them would help me, despite the fact that someone inside the shop took my keys! Bags don't just disappear, and I made no other stops before or after my repair appointment. I escalated my complaint to the owner, name of Jerry Cousins after Bill became downright rude with me. This so called owner didn't even have the decency, professionalism, or common courtesy to call me back! Stay far away from this shop filled with thieves and liars! More

Professional, quick, clean, a very adequate waiting area, friendly. Nice place. More
