Remote starter install I bought a certified used Honda from Allstar Honda and purchased a remote start. Apparently they subcontract this service out for installation. Unit never function properly and ended up ruining the power window motor on the driver side. They were going to get a used motor out of a junk car, which is totally unacceptable. We had to go back twice to get it fixed at my expense for gas. More

Always Reasonable The service at All Star has always been about what you'd expect from a dealership. They do a great job of explaining exactly what service is to be performed, and how much it will cost. Pricier than a mom and pop shop, but I think we all expect that from dealerships. My only complaint, and it's trivial at best, is that they should spare a few dollars in renovations to the waiting area. One of the vending machines is ancient, and not even used from the looks of it, and the area, in general, is dated and worn down. While this doesn't detract from the quality of service, given what we pay for new cars, nowadays, I'd expect a little more welcoming waiting area. More

They would not honor the online 10% off service work as promised. Said we needed new brake fluid when brand new brakes were just installed less than a year previous. Honda manual recommends 3 years, other car companies 7-10 years or other car brands never recommend the fluid change as it is a closed system. Also, Charged Over $52 for environmental disposal. We will never buy any hondas from here as we are multiple honda car owners or ever have any service work done here ever again. We are disputing the charge with our credit card company. We recieved extremely poor service at allstar honda. Talked to several people about the problems with their service and never recieved any return phone calls even though I was assured I would receive return calls. Staff not around they leave before a normal shift. I noticed other customers reviews have also had horrible service experiences from allstar honda with telling customers they need unnecessary repairs and charging exorbitant environmental disposal fees, etc. I do not know how these companies stay in business. There should be more government control of these businesses. I am contacting Honda International about allstars practices. More
