Just got sals receipt and when asked about brakes was told fine and no worries. Last report had front brakes in half way point before needing change and don't know where they are at now. Going to have to take car elsewhere for brake review. More

Slipping a little for a long time customer I have purchased/leased four cars and serviced/maintained four cars at AllStar (formerly Boyland). I respect the quality work done. That said, this la I have purchased/leased four cars and serviced/maintained four cars at AllStar (formerly Boyland). I respect the quality work done. That said, this last visit I felt slipped a little in terms of my satisfaction. The cost has increasingly gone up over the years. 90,000 mile maintenance should no way be $500 plus, let alone $400 plus given a $100 discount. Also, usually attached is a “status report” indicating current wear on tires, brakes, etc. this time I was presented with none. Also like to get an assessment/summary of work performed. Just a cursory see you next time now pay the cashier. Suggest more attention to detail could go a long way. More

Used to have great personable service advisors but the past 3 visits left me wondering what's going on with the department. They are always busy but too busy perhaps to really pay attention to your waiting times. Samantha was ok but advised me to pick up my serviced car at a certain time. Got there per her request only to find out she was on break. She did not endorse to any of her co-staff about my pick up. I ended up waiting almost another hour when I know my car was ready already. The only reason I think for the delay was the paperwork was not even ready yet. It took me a couple of times asking the other advisors to complete my transaction. They need to get better with this process so the wait times will be more efficient. I am not sure now if I want to return to All Star. Too bad. More
