Needed scheduled maintenance & tire pressure light was on and one of the tires was losing air so that needed to be checked. Was just outside my original manufacturers warranty by about 400 miles so I thought I'd have to pay and was worried about the expense but found we'd purchased a tire package which included repairing the tire for only $30 & the tire rotation was no charge which was immensely helpful! Kevin was great and kept me updated as he learned things from the tech and I was out in the 2 hr promised time frame. Then he told me about their new VIP rewards program where I can earn up to $1,500 off my next car from them...sold! I was a very satisfied customer when I left there today! More
Robert went above and beyond to help service our vehicle. Had a windshield replaced and he went out of his way to take care of the communication and handling of the situation to make it as easy as possible.
