They sent a text offering a $10 oil change the same day I happened to be in Franklin, so I called asking if it was possible to get the oil change that afternoon. An hour and a half later, I was on my way home after receiving polite service and even a car wash! More

Disappointed I have come here for every oil change my car has gotten. So I’ve been here regularly over the last 1.5 years that I’ve owned my Honda. Normally my exp I have come here for every oil change my car has gotten. So I’ve been here regularly over the last 1.5 years that I’ve owned my Honda. Normally my experience is wonderful (that’s why I come back even though I live closer to a different dealership). But this time was disappointing. I pulled in and not a single person greeted me, I walked over to the counter and stood there and waited to be acknowledged while everyone was looking at their tablets. Once I was acknowledged the guys didn’t say hi or anything just “can I help you? Last name? & can I get the keys?” those are he ONLY words that came out of his mouth, he didn’t confirm why I was there or anything. So now he takes my car & quotes me 45 minutes to an hour for my oil change.. which was fine BUT there was 2 other women who got there at the same time as me with the same appointment slot for the same service and they were in and out in 20 minutes. Then my oil change proceeded to take an hour and 15 minutes. Which is absurd given that the women who arrived with exactly the same details as myself were in and out. While I was waiting, I also over heard a guy in the waiting room be told that the dealership was covering his oil change because of his long wait... I also waited way longer than I should have and paid for mine.?? Whatever not a big deal as you expect to pay for services you receive, it was just an inconsitancy in customer care. Now my car is finally done and the guy brings my paper in for me to pay and again is unfriendly. He says “the car is in perfect condition” again that’s the only thing he said. No thanks, have a great day, nothing friendly. Just sucks that I drive 25 minutes out of the way to come to you guys because I normally have a great experience and this is how I was treated. More

He explained everything the scheduled service recommended and costs for each service. I declined some services without any sort of high pressure on his part. I also added a vac and cleaning for my vehicle since all the winter crud was bugging me. Everything was done in a timely fashion and I got a couple updates as it was going on. My car’s interior looks brand new and once again, the service here has thoroughly impressed me. More
