This is the worst service I have experienced. I accepted a $9.95 coupon to give All Star Honda another chance. I scheduled my appointment online. When I got there the atmosphere in the car drive in area was not friendly. They were downright rude. I worked with Tim Delord initially and he did not speak to me and he seemed angry to be there. When I got into the waiting area. It was filthy and old compared to Schlossman. The receptionist in the waiting area was nice. There appeared to be a manager discussing things loudly in the waiting area while he was speaking with someone on the phone...acted like he wanted everyone to hear his conversation...very unprofessional. When my car was done. They did not give me my inspection sheet. I asked for it and it had made up information on it that Forest (next clerk) put on it...like he just made it up. I got down the rode and my tire light came on. One tire had too much air in it. I returned the next day because I had a 16" diameter puddle in my NEW driveway of oil. I was told the screw was not tightened. I did not receive any paperwork when this was completed. Again, it was Forest (clerk) who was handling this. He even changed my email address on the computer to a Yahoo account...which I have never had. I have the paperwork to prove it. This was after I asked for the inspection sheet. More

Took 90 minutes for a oil change I had arranged for a 10am oil change with the rep the day before. He said it would be done in one hour which I thought was rather a long wait. 45k service Forrest, the service advisor, was friendly and helpful. He went through the service to be completed, as well as setting a clear time for pickup. He even asked if I wanted the car washed without me bringing it up. He called when the car was ready, went through all of the services performed as well as letting me know how the inspection turned out. The only feedback I have is that my tires were not inflated enough (33 psi - max is 44), and this tripped the sensor on my way to Chicago for work the next day. Despite this, I would definitely consider coming back due to the great experience Forrest provided. More

They made a major error that put me in danger on the road. It also caused me inconvenience and added expense since I was unexpectedly without a vehicle for over 24 hours. They were slow in responding to my initial call about the problem. After my vehicle was repaired, I noticed another small mistake that had been made which will require another trip to the dealership. I called to express my disappointment and frustration with the entire situation, and had to leave a message. That was a week ago, and there's been no response. It's clear they don't value me as a customer, and that they didn't take this situation seriously. More
