Problems The last 2 times I’ve had my car serviced I’ve left with problems due to the servicing. Last Friday I left and the car had developed a loud thumping The last 2 times I’ve had my car serviced I’ve left with problems due to the servicing. Last Friday I left and the car had developed a loud thumping noise that was not there before the servicing. Also the rear tires were overinflated by 5 pounds. Today I brought car back in and they replaced right rear dust shield. Last April the tires were way under inflated and they did not reset the computer after rotating tires. Do I continue to use this dealership after having these problems that have cost me considerable lost time sitting at the dealership waiting for resolution? More

very good service with minor exception All repairs were completed as defined after inspection. Two very minor issues: 1) I had a coupon for oil change. I didn't have it with me at check- All repairs were completed as defined after inspection. Two very minor issues: 1) I had a coupon for oil change. I didn't have it with me at check-in however rep indicated that was not an issue. I reminded him of the coupon during subsequent call yet when I picked up the car the coupon was not applied. This was corrected before payment. 2) Probably not dealers fault but an ordered replacement mirror assembly was broken when delivered requiring an extra day before car was available. More
