Interior nooks and crannies weren't wiped down; in fact I requested someone come wipe the cup holders befo 9a-430p my van was detailed inside and out. After leaving I noticed door handles, windows, door frames, and door controls weren't cleaned either. Exterior looked like car wash + tire shine; nothing special. Really really not worth 190. More

This was above and beyond what I have ever expected, the work was above par, and going toward I will drive an extra 25 miles for this type of service! Without hesitating they squeezed me in even though they were already booked. Afterwards, gave me a thorough explanation of the fuse issue and how to remedy it next time, and charged me nothing to boot! I realize it wasn’t very involved for them, but was expecting at least their minimum charge. Very polite and knowledgeable staff. More

Lost key fob The service dept. lost my key fob while servicing my car. When I picked up my car they have it on and running, saying that they’ll keep looking for my The service dept. lost my key fob while servicing my car. When I picked up my car they have it on and running, saying that they’ll keep looking for my key. When I get home I realize my new key they provided is a manual key. Nothing was done to provide me with a replacement key fob until the next day when I called the manager. They say to come back in and they will program a new key fob. When I got here the service rep rolls his eyes at me when I ask why he didn’t make this right yesterday and replace my key fob when I picked it up. Unless I called to complain they wouldn’t have done anything. It’s unbelievable that I came to a Honda dealer and lost a key fob that would cost me $200 to replace. More than that, nothing was done to replace it until I called to complain the next day. I won’t be back to this dealership. Nothing was offered for my time of coming back and trouble, not even an oil change. Now that’s horrible customer service! More
